I have bought a check up program for a stroke screening. Unfortunately I am over 100kg the reception/someone who I’ve been contact to book in for this check up mentioned me that I am not able to do MRI due to over 100kg. However she told me to use alternative option is CT brain instead with confidently that the results will be the same to MRI which is can see all of the blood vessels condition in my brain. In fact the CT brain is not show up. I have known that because I took my partner to check the same program and choose to do CT brain same to me cuz he scared of narrow place. At the consultation for his stock screen results his doctor said CTbrain is unable to see his blood vessels in his brain only CTA brain is able to see but the team did not provide that to him and me at the previous appointment.
After find out the hospital/someone who I’ve contact just excused to me that she doesn’t know !!!! Will CTBrain not able to give the same results to MRI scan. So she was excused this is a very new program bla bla bla which not fixed anything at all. Team at the 8th floor were very good at service though.
I still wonder how this is happen. I was satisfied in the service that why I took my partner to check up as well. At this point no only response back to me just say we are thank you for your feedback that we will be improving our services hold on !! your service is not right which is we are not receiving the results where is we should have. Disappointed ☹️

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing, all of the booking was done for us and they arranged fantastic transport and chose the right hospital for my needs. They were also very good at keeping us informed from start to finish and never left us waiting around for information.

She described everything in great detail and found me a clinic that suited my needs and wishes. Hi everyone,
Bookimed Care in Turkey provided an excellent service from start to finish.
I went for breast reduction as for years they were very large and were triggers, setting of bad memories of being sexually abused.
Dr Ege the surgeon put me at ease from the very moment I met him. He finally gave me my life back which I never thought I would get. The staff at Bookimed were also excellent as was the Hotel. I have nearly healed now and looking forward to shopping for new bra. Dont hesitate to book treatment for yourself.

Best decision you can make for foreign medical care
After trying a few clinic and hospitals trying to book myself and realising there was a substantial amount of fraud going on in Turkey, I went Bookimed.
