A very nice experience
The experience was good. My daughter picked up the book from Bog og Idé. It was a gift for my grandchild. The book was beautifully wrapped. So a very nice experience all round.

Disappointing customer service
I ordered a book, and when it arrived, it was damaged. I placed another order for the same book, but it never arrived. When I called the store, I was told it was out of stock and they were waiting for a delivery from abroad. Nobody ever contacted me to inform me of this delay.
