The book I wanted wasn't available in any store, except for Bog og idé. The delivery was expected to take 4-6 business days, in my case it took 3. Overall, great ordering experience and will definitely do it again.

In some cases, the delivery time may change if the item is not available from the supplier as expected. When this happens, the delivery estimate is automatically updated based on the information we receive from the supplier.

Jeg forstår godt, at det har været skuffende at bestille en julegave i december og først modtage den i februar. Det er naturligvis ikke den oplevelse, vi ønsker at give – især ikke op til jul, hvor leveringstidspunktet er ekstra vigtigt.
I enkelte tilfælde kan varer fra vores leverandører blive forsinket mere end forventet, og her skulle vi have været hurtigere til at informere dig om den ændrede leveringsdato. Det beklager jeg. Jeg kan se, at varen nu er leveret, men det ændrer ikke på, at timingen har været utilfredsstillende.

Forgot to cover price while wrapping gift
I ordered a book online and selected the “wrapping for a gift” option. I collected the wrapped gift few days later and gave it as a birthday present only to discover that they forgot to cover the price label…
Everything else was good, the personnel is always nice and welcoming.

Dedicated service.
Ordered a book and a calendar from the website. By mistake I chose a 2025-edition, instead of the 2026. I placed an order 10 days ago
I placed an order 10 days ago, but I still haven’t received any information about whether it has been shipped or not. The complete lack of communication is quite disappointing. I even emailed the shop in Valby, where I’m supposed to collect the order, two days ago, but there has been no response from them either. This silence is really frustrating.

Hi, thank you for your review. I understand your frustration about not receiving any updates on your order, especially when you have also contacted the store without getting a reply. For English books, we inform a delivery time of 4–7 business days, and I can see that your order was marked as ready on the seventh business day. Because of that, no additional status updates were sent, as the delivery was still within the expected timeframe.
When an order is placed as Click & Collect, the store is responsible for ordering the item and handling the entire process. This means you won’t receive a tracking number, but will instead be notified once the book is ready for pickup. That explains the lack of communication along the way.
