A brilliant item
I ordered a gift and was very surprised how good it was. It was easy to order and every step of my model being made I was contacted to verify if it was to my approval. The communication was excellent and reply’s were very quick. The delivery was quick and my item was well packed. The finished item was brilliant just like the photo i sent. Superb company, would definitely recommend.

They were in constant contact with me. I was very pleased with how the bobble head came out. The only thing I didn’t like was that I started receiving much advertising emails that I didn’t sign up for. That was annoying.

Wonderful! I had a figure of my husband made and along with the basic details of the order, I was then asked for a preference for the appearance/clothes. I sent photos of my husband in his leathers (he’s a biker) and the end result was brilliant. He loves it and keeps it on his desk at work, tapping the bobbing head when he wants to smile. Great communication by the creators.

I was very disappointed in the image/…
I was very disappointed in the image/ created on the product. It was only an approximation, but did not look at all like the person. With AI technology, I expected so much more. I ended up throwing it away instead of giving it as a gift I had been looking forward to giving. The staff was nice but just doesn't have the skill or technology to create a bobblehead that looked enough like the person. Very disappointed!

They re-proofed several times for me without issue. Came in a beautiful gift box which was well packed and delivery was a lot faster than I thought.
