Great communication. The company produce fun figures like cartoon characters but still resembling the person in the photograph submitted. They kept me informed at every stage and produced the figure in a remarkably short period of time. The recipient was absolutely delighted with the gift.

I certainly made things difficult for them, but the whole time they were very supportive and helpful. They are fantastic artists and the end result is truly amazing. Did refund me but..
Did previously review but review seems to have been removed? Strange!
Bobble gifts did refund me, as they should because what they made looked nothing like my beloved pet who passed away.
I wanted a memorial ornament so i stumbled across this company and thought.. perfect! Until they sent me a preview email of the item and it’s a good job they did because it looked like a completely different breed of dog! It did not resemble a French bulldog in the slightest and from the preview photo the item had a tail! Frenchies do not have tails well my girl certainly didn’t have one,the face on the model was long. I wish I could attached a photo because you’d laugh too! I was mortified and offended that they thought this would be acceptable. I demanded a refund and told them I was refuse delivery if they sent this. They acted fast and I guess that’s the only good thing about the situation and sent me a refund.
I felt completely scammed and conned out my grief!
I believe feedback is important, positive or negative and I would like to make others aware who want something similar being made to AVOID.
