OMG this is freaking amazing
OMG this is freaking amazing! We put these guys to the point of no return and they freaking delivered! For our brothers 50th we got the entire family done as a super hero family. Ironman, Black widow, Captn America, Thor and Spiderman. It was awesome! We pushed them to pose the characters better and there was a lot of communication about it. Brilliantly communicated to get what we wanted. The likenesses were comical and cartoony enough that you could recognise who was who in the family. And the present was just supurb for the birthday party. Great experience and awesome product. Would totally do it again. Honestly I wished this allowed me to post a photo so everyone could see how good this was!

I recently bought a bobblehead for my grandson, what they need to do is look at the photo better. My grandson has gaps when he smiles (waiting for second lot to come through) the photo sent back to me was a smile with a full mouth of teeth. The head seems to be stock standard. The rest was fine.

I bought two bobbleheads and they sent me something different than the proof pictures, and when I notified them about the mistake and how to proceed, and they ghosted me. No response to multiple emails. No offers for refunds or to fix the mistakes. Very disappointed in this company.

When asked to proof the stages i told them that there was no likeness but I was told that it could not be changed now. Rude and not accommodating. We feel so let down and disappointed. I would not recommend their services. Seems like others have been happy but not us.

Not Happy Customer
I purchased some of the wine bottle stoppers with my face on top. The picture for approvals looked great, but when the stoppers arrived the color of the faces was extremely PINK, like PINK, PINK, not at all like the picture that was sent to me. The faces are so pink, I don’t want to give them out as gifts. I emailed the service group and they said they can’t fix them, won’t replace them, and won’t refund them. It was a waste of $150.
