First time I'm purchasing from this…

First time I'm purchasing from this store and hopefully the last time.

I bought 3 items,
Slay the Spire
A Meeple Circus Expansion
A Summoner Wars Expansion

The Summoner Wars expansion was set to release per their information on the site in late of May. I put my order in 16nth of May.

The expansion is still not out though now in middle of June, and I have no idea when that will happen. I didn't care about the delay or if it got delayed much, even though more transparency would be better. It was a preorder so whatever.

What I do care though is that now they sent me a message that there is an issue with my Slay the Spire copy! So a further delay(who knows how long) will take place even if the expansion I was waiting arrives.

I'm 99% sure that they gave my copy of Slay the Spire to someone else. Cause i was checking their availability from time to time and even a week after my order Slay the Spire was still in stock in their website.

This is starting to feel ridiculous. I paid 30+ euros for shipping and what not, and my order goes from one problem to another.

Be careful when you preorder stuff from them.
Be careful and dont trust their availability either. They said they had 3+ items left of Slay the Spire but my order now sadly doesnt have the game i paid for a month ago?

Terrible experience. Its just sad cause i couldnt find 2 of the 3 options anywhere else in my country and I had to trust that they did indeed have them.

Out of curiosity I'll just wait to see how long it will take them to fulfil everything, and if anything arrives hit, broken or squashed, or if they cancel my order, oh boy.

TLDR: Be careful and stay away from this store. Wrong availability dates and wrong stock. They give away the games you purchased to other people instead of keeping them on hold until all items are ready. I was checking their website a week after i bought my item and it still said in stock. Terrible.

We would like to clarify that the Summoner Wars expansion was a pre-order product. We do not manufacture this item ourselves and therefore do not control its production schedule or release date. As stated on our pre-order notices, release dates are provided by manufacturers and distributors and are always subject to change. Unfortunately, if a manufacturer delays a release, we are unable to dispatch stock that we have not yet physically received.

Regarding Slay the Spire, we can confirm that this was not a case of your copy being "given to someone else." When an order is placed we allocate the products in order of when the order was placed and these items will remain allocated to your order until the entire order is ready to dispatch. Occasionally stock discrepancies do occur despite our best efforts to maintain accurate inventory levels. As soon as the issue was identified, we proactively contacted you to make you aware of it and have been working with our suppliers to secure additional stock as quickly as possible.

We appreciate that this is frustrating, particularly on an international order where shipping costs are significant. However, neither the manufacturer's release delay nor an unforeseen stock discrepancy are situations we would intentionally create, and we have been transparent about the issues once they were identified.

Since moving to Evri service is just unreliable

Been a loyal customer of Zatu for so many years, but enough is enough. They have chosen Evri as their delivery partner, so their choice,

Average postal time with Royal Mail is 2- 3 days. I ordered 4 games as a present 7 days ago and still have no clear indication of when or if they will arrive, or even where they are right now.

I have given 2 stars because the website change is good and an improvement, but while Evri is your delivery partner, I will shop elsewhere.

Reliable, Good Priced, Fast postage

I've ordered from Zatu a couple of times in the past and always found them to be reliable and have competitive prices, better than Amazon in some cases.
Packaging is always great and my order turned up in great condition.

I have not yet received my order

I have not yet received my order. Everi has twice said the game was out for delivery but failed to deliver. Most recently they failed to deliver yesterday and have given no explanation or alternative due date for delivery.
