Product came as described at a reasonable price. I had some issues with the delivery as they use evri, but I wouldn't say the issue was with Zatu it lay with evri.

UPDATE:

The book showed up randomly on the following Tuesday, much to my surprise of myself and to the Zatu rep I rang up later to inform.

I still wanted the book, so we agreed that they could keep the money, so long as they refunded me the postage as we originally agreed.

Final thoughts: The delay was frustrating, especially considering the next day premium I selected and paid for, but this could have been tolerable had tracking in both their warehouse and their courier was functioning properly.

I use to order a lot from Zatu, as they used to be the gold standard for buying my RPGs in the UK, but their prices increased and their service got worse (including holding on to my money for a 2nd wave preorder for more than a year, by repeatedly claiming that they had items on backorder, but constantly pushing back the re-stock date and hoping no one would notice), so I moved on to other vendors.

I decided to give them another shot after roughly a year and a half of not doing any business with them. I regret this decision:

I ordered an RPG book on Friday, paid extra for next day delivery and did so within the timeframe to allow same day dispatch so that I could receive it on Saturday. Zatu claimed the order was dispatched, but the tracking from the courier; Evri, instead showed FedEx, who themselves claimed it had been passed onto Royal Mail, but regardless who was supposed to be handling the parcel, they all agreed on the same point - my order never left their warehouse.

Monday rolls around round and still no delivery, so I call Zatu, at 09:00 AM, and the rep confirms it hasn't left their warehouse, and claims "It might have fallen off the conveyor belt" (and I guess no one bothered to pick it up, that bodes well for quality assurance). I explain that I paid extra for next day delivery, and he offers to refund the postage - fair enough, but I ask if it is going to get dispatched again today and he says he can't confirm that but that I should keep an eye out for a new dispatch notification.

15:30 rolls around and I still haven't received any notification of either the refund or the new dispatch, so I call again to confirm if the dispatch is happening; the new rep tell me it will have to be a couple of days before they can check the dispatch card, let alone actually send the book again. Frustrated, I told him to cancel the order on the spot.

I needed that book for Saturday, and the fact that they messed up the order dispatch and couldn't be bothered with a timely resolution was infuriating. They could have dispatched a new copy while the "lost" copy was located in the warehouse, or at least checked their warehouse to find it in the dispatch area, but nah, the customer, who paid extra for a faster service is now going to have to wait 3 - 4 days on top of the 2 days already delayed.

So here we are, I'm now just shy of £27 out of pocket for the next 3 - 5 days, and no book.

Advice: If your ERP system can't manage warehouse inventory tracking and dispatch, you might want to consider replacing it. Your reps were polite and responsive, but that's not a substitute to quality assurance and functional assets tracking.

It was easy and fast.

My package was delivered damaged by evri from zatu games. There was nothing in the package. I provided evidence of non delivery by photographic proof that the package was open. I went through all zatu games procedures to make a claim. E got to a stage where they were hoing to replace the items. But have not had any more emails from them since. They are totally not interested and dont care. Will not recommend this awful company

Zatu stocks the best games and has clear description of the game and the delivery was very prompt, very happy :)

Ordering was fast, easy and affordable. I enjoyed the email updates that kept me informed as my order moved through the process. Everything was well packed and safe on it's long journey to the US. My shipment arrived much quicker than expected and I am beyond satisfied!

Unfortunately my ordee went missing and I had to chase for a update for several days to try and get this rectified, I had to wait over a month to get a replacement order sent out.

Cant really blame zatu as I know this is just how the process goes, but I can't understand why they use evri with the amount of issues the company has delivering packages.

The UV torch I ordered is perfect for my needs. I bought it to uprate cleanliness in my home, especially kitchen & bathrooms. It works really well, highlighting any organic matter which isn't necessarily visible to the naked eye.

Zatu is my go-to for board games. Reasonably priced and quick deliveries.

Bought the Konflikt 47 British starter came on time and in very good condition.

Delivered to wrong address, phoned customer service who refused to accept that the picture given by the courier was not my house and refused to assist or investigate. Luckily the person who it had been delivered to (7 streets away) brought it to my house before they even offered me their non-receipt of goods form.

Just perfect! Great games at small price!

Havent used them for along time due to endless issues with this so called company. Made 2 orders and had problems with both. Several items were damaged. They literally look like someone had just thrown them in the boxes and not cared that they were easily damaged items. Returned them and asked for a refund for the items that was over 3 weeks ago and still nothing. Looks like ill be contacting trading standards, citizens advice and doing a claim with paypal. I really hope zatu get shut down Im sick to death of shady companies slike this being allowed to operate and abuse customers. Disgusting company AVOID at all costs!

I had another order turn up. Asked them to pack well customer service said they would let them know. Heavy and fragile book came with no bubble wrap or anything just a thin card slip. What a surprise yet another damaged item from this lying pathetic company, AVOID!!!

UPDATE - Now they reckon they never received the item back and are messing me around. Nearly a month still no refund. Now taking it to trading standas, citizens advice and the police as well as contacting my payment provider to get my money back. THIS COMPANY NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN. VILE SCUM!

Delivery is very slow - misleading when product is in stock and you pay for Evri 2-3 days delivery, but product isn’t even sent to Evri for shipping until day 10. I had not seen estimated time window when ordered but delivery missed this anyway.

The website was easy to navigate.
Ordering was very straightforward, and delivery extremely efficient. The game was very well packaged!
