Slick platform but no customer service…
Slick platform but no customer service and no way to speak to a human to fix problems. I placed an order a month ago which did not arrive, I have contacted customer services by the help form twice and not had a reply.

Dont even buy download songs from here, i tried downloading a single song, a single one like 5 times and everytime a xlm error would appear that says "access denied", after that its says i need to contact support to reactivate my download link, my first time and last time buying anything here, bandcamp all the way

You are better off ordering Warp products via more reliable websites such as Piccadilly Records, Norman Records or Boomkat. I’ve had bad experiences with Bleep before…this is the last time.
Very poor customer service
i experienced a Very poor customer service. Bleep.com has a habit of receiving orders and then delay the delivery. Eventually when they do ship it out, the wrong order arrives. ;( Additionally the company has a very slow response when replying to emails. i experienced a 7 days wait for them to respond over an issue with my order, eventually it took them over 4 weeks of them to finally cancel the order.

delivery time more than a month, open CD and broken case, vinyl already used too and all this sold at the price of new... not serious
Dodgy company
Placed an order but had no communication from them. There is no way of contacting them other than email or via social media. They’ve ignored all my forms of communication so am having to seek a refund via my bank. The phone number they’ve added in their terms and conditions is out of order.
Go anywhere else
Ordered a t shirt. Week later not even dispatched. Emailed to cancel and refund and miraculously, received an email stating it was being dispatched and if I wanted to return could do so. I imagine that would be at a cost and would lose out on the shipping fee. Unprofessional and useless.

Missing item but great customer service!
I ordered a bundle and it arrived after a few days even though it had to be shipped from the UK to Germany. One item was missing though so I reached out to the customer service and I was really happy with the support I got! I received a (non-automatic) email within a few hours and they said they would have the item shipped to me. It took another 4 weeks after my order date but I appreciated the support and accessibility.

I ordered 'They Live' book with standard shipping to the States and it arrived promptly a week later. Was also packaged well.
Inconsistent performance
Something goes wrong every order. I've spent thousands of dollars on bleep and I don't remember the last time an order shipped anywhere near the estimated pre order date. Delays of 2-4 months are NORMAL. If everything seems to be in stock at the time of order they'll find something they oversold and you'll wait months for it to get restocked, or you won't get it at all. It's usually the rarest records that you don't get... Customer service is useless and can't edit the order beyond canceling items.
EDIT: My recent order was mostly positive, I guess they read their reviews. Packaging is great and each vinyl sounds perfect after international shipping, even the colored vinyls that I've had issues with from every other distributer. They're doing something right back there; I just wish it was more consistent.
