Fantastic support
Fantastic support, been a customer for years and have always had my issues resolved to my full satisfaction. I had items damaged in the post and they promptly replaced them.
I see a lot of people complaining about shipping delays recently, but you do realize there is a global pandemic going on and Bleep doesn’t control shipping, right? Like everybody they’ve done the best they can during the pandemic, and I personally don’t blame anybody for things out of their control. I think quite a few people here are being unreasonable.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Pay extra for tracked shipping, no tracking number upon dispatch. Contact support, get a response a week later saying they'll find my tracking link (they didn't). Three weeks after dispatch; no parcel, no tracking and support takes a week to respond on every enquiry.
Oh, and the items i ordered are not available agin until October

Very bad! It took them more than a month to deliver what i ordered + I had to nag to get it. Bleep used to be great, but those days are gone.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Bleep. I became impatient at one point and they were so timely with a response and courteous about my order. I can honestly say no matter the circumstance, I will continue to loyally support them for inifinityXforever. Wonderful support team. Kudos guys and much love from Florida.
We Are Reasonable People?
I received an email about an upcoming release that I was excited about and immediately went to purchase it on the Bleep website. I went to checkout and the item could not be added to my cart. I contacted Ochre Support the same day and they strung me along without offering a solution. Day by day went by, email after email, until the item sold out without the issue ever being resolved.
It was an obvious system glitch, but I can think of basic solutions that could have been offered that would have allowed me to purchase the item (i.e. sending a PayPal invoice instead). Ochre Support assured me the situation was being addressed and they would get back to me. Instead, I missed out and the consolation offered was a voucher to purchase something else off the website!
I've been a Warp fan/customer since the inception of the label, but Ochre Support has lost me today. I've let a few instances slide and continued purchasing from Bleep, but the loyalty has been one-way only. No reasonable customer would tolerate these circumstances.
Gone massively downhill

Global Payments EPOS/Bleep
Global Payments EPOS/Bleep is an excellent EPOS system to have in any food and beverage business. The till system is really user friendly, it covers all a business needs and it looks aesthetically pleasing too.
If you are looking for a new EPOS till system or replacing an old EPOS system then I would recommend that you contact Elisabeth Wilson @ Global Payments on 07917 210102. Elisabeth is very much hands on, she guided us every step of the way with regards to installing/using our new GP EPOS system and is available 24/7 if/when we have any queries, which is fantastic, considering that with all other card payment processors you usually have to ring a call centre.

What has happened to Bleep/Warp? Used to be great. All the available/shipping dates seem to be a lie these days. Who are the clowns running the online retail side?

Just avoid
Just appallingly slow and inaccurate delivery times with very poor customer service. When you go to order a record that is in stock the website states "Mail-order items are generally dispatched the next working day." This most definitely does not happen.
You also pay for next day delivery and they send it second class.
Personally I ordered a present 3 days before it was required and paid the extra for next day delivery. Nearly a week later there's still no sign of the record. Looking at the reviews here it seems this is a common issue.
Customer service is also non-existent and what you'd expect from a real budget website.
Totally diminished my view of Warp that they have allowed their website to get into such a mess.

Fast shipping, poor packaging
They are so proud of their packaging, yet the record arrived with a massive seam split and bent corners. That lightweight envelope that they use doesn't really protect against damage. Why not use cardboard stiffeners? I frequently buy records, and this is one of the worse I saw.
On the positive side my order arrived quickly.

Thankfully, looks like the problems they were having before and after Christmas have been sorted. Hope so since have always been brilliant until recent issues as mentioned by a few on here. Can't fault them on my latest order. Took advantage of their decent, late delivery, apology offer and records were delivered super fast and excellently packaged, as usual. Very happy I can use bleep again.
Took my cash, didn't send the records...
The communication here is simply not good enough. Ordered something early Jan, wasn't notified of any delays at the time, manually checked back to see that things were taking longer than usual, no problem. Received an email saying my order would ship on Mon 25th Jan. It didn't, as I found out by mailing Ochre Support, so they lied. Took my cash for a month with no intention of supplying the goods.
Cancelled my order and would recommend others shop elsewhere if they actually want to receive what they paid for.
Gone well downhill
I emailed a simple query about an item and it took them 9 days to respond. NINE DAYS, for an email. No phone number, no problem (for them, lots for you if you need an issue resolving) and if, as happened in the past for myself something does go wrong when you complain the best they can do to recompense you for the ball ache of having to deal with them to solve it is send some old promo posters. Used to be so into supporting them since it was from Warp, but looks like those days are well past now.

Horrible experience. Took 3 weeks for them to even ship my product and they never even did anything to make it right. Never buying from them again.
Incredibly Slow Service
Incredibly slow service, placed an order a week ago of an item that was described as 'In Stock' yet not only has it not arrived yet it's not even been dispatched.
Have separately placed 2 previous orders with the same company and both took 3-4 weeks to arrive even though both items were 'In Stock' when the order was placed.
Useless company
Useless company, ordered on the 15th Dec and it says will be delivered within 2 working days but add another 2 on for Xmas post. Item never arrived. Waited a month then contacted them and they said it hadn't even left their warehouse yet. Then they said I couldn't jump the queue and be prioritised even though it was a month late as there were other customers in front of me. How can any kind of professional company take a month to put something in the post without any kind of notification to the customer to say it will be delayed.
I've now cancelled my order as they seem unable to fulfill it and waiting on confirmation and a refund, I wont be surprised if they never get back to me so will most likely have to dispute it with my credit card company.
Absolutely useless, avoid this company at all costs

My 2nd attempt at an order and thought I'd try an order again putting the 1st experience (which was never dispatched) down to a one off.
16 days since purchase and Ochre’s last dispatch expectation has passed.
After some radio silence Ochre have responded, apologised and stated they wanted to make the situation right.
However, although stating the items are in stock due to “delays” they cannot provide a dispatch date, effectively leaving a delivery of the goods open ended which I don't feel is reasonable.
Subsequently they are going to refund.
No attempt to turn the service around and no explanation.
Very poor and I’m not sure they even realise it.
To clarify, I am only expecting a dispatch of items purchased which Ochre have confirmed are in stock, this is not awaiting on a delivery which I understand may have delays due to the current Covid situation.
