Blackpool Pleasure beach still best in world
Blackpool is great. Pleasure beach is brilliant and I had to put review on after seeing some of the others.
Ive been going here since my granny took me 45 years ago, and go few times a year since
It is best park in uk, and me and my family love it so.... ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+
Blackpool is not the same anymore
I went to Blackpool with my family after 4 years, and I will never go again. You can't take your own food in anymore, and the food there is overpriced. There are lockers where you can put your bags in but you have to pay prices start from £6 You have to input your card details to pay because I didnt have my card on me I ended up putting my bag in my car which was a 10min walk. I took a drink out, which I thought would be ok, but the guy said no drinks allowed. I just told him to bin in as i wasn't walking back to the car again. When the kids were hungry, we ended up eating in our car. This wasted probably about an hour. Valhalla opened at 2pm, there were rides that were closed. It is absolutely ridiculous. Blackpool is no longer the same. I definitely won't be returning.
Went I the pleasure beach the 7th…
Went to the pleasure beach the 7th April. Was in the park 9.50-5 and Didn’t have to queue that long for most rides longest was 20-25mins for avalanche and got on the big one twice in a row without queuing more than 10 mins. Took my 6yr daughter who loved it. Weather was great, staff were fine, big dipper and ice blast the only 2 rides that weren’t working so no big deal. overall a brilliant day.
We have been to the park on a Monday the last 2 visits and the queues aren’t too bad so maybe an Idea to go during the week and not the weekends if you don’t want to queue for to long.

Amanda Thompson is the worst thing to have even happened to Blackpool Pleasure Beach utter incompetence and an insult to the competent to call her a "business woman" when she has inherited an empire and run it into the ground.
The best park in the uk
The best park in the uk. There’s nothing else like it. The best selection of rides and entertainment compared to the other parks. Customer service is always brilliant and the park is maintained brilliantly! so excited for the start of the 2025 season

Waste of money
Went to the pleasure beach paradise room for the Hollywood show. Started off waiting in a side room whilst they organised up stairs. Once we got sent up stairs the security guards stopped us as it obviously hasn't been confirmed. Table plan wasn't made clear.
Starter was nice, pate, Melba toast and red onion chutney. The organisation and coordination of the meals were terrible and forced into fixed menu. The turkey was nice and the carrots/Brussel sprouts were nice. One tiny pig in blanket about half size of a shop bought one and a good sized stuffing ball. The roast potatoes were like over cooked and reheated frozen aunt Bessie style. The pudding was forced as Xmas pudding but was terrible quality and most tables left this for the waste. Throughout all meals the service was shocking and so uncoordinated.
As for the actual show it was about 1h30m after the breaks with cycle between dance and sing performances. The singing was flat whether by talent or sound equipment but wasn't what was expecting.
The dancing is just about scantily dressed women and men with 1 drag act thrown in the middle. Now the outfits were good, the pole dancing was good but all in all it felt like a poorly choreographed budget burlesque show. The drinks were reasonably priced but the staff serving didn't have a clue what they were doing, didn't know how to use the till or what drinks were what price. Slightly over £20 for a somersby cider, 2 glasses of double orange gins and lemonade mixer.
Invited for free and I only topped up for the food so wasn't too bad for me at £20 for show and 2 course (ignoring the xmas pudding)
If I'd paid the full £45 I'd have been extremely annoyed and feel cheated however for £20 it just feels like a waste of a Friday night.
I was tempted to give it 2* as they left the floor open at around 10pm and gave coffee and gingerbread on side which i thought was a nice touch. However I then thought it wasn't communicated and I only discovered it as thought may as well go home so don't waste the whole evening.
The venue itself was clean, did have to clean a knife but in the light I'm assuming this was likely just water marks.
I would not recommend the show or the venue based on service level and I paid less than half what others would paid.

Went on 16th November half the rides was closed eg icon ,big one , revolution . Emailed to complain and heard nothing back won't be going back till they get there act together
Generally was a great experience
Generally was a great experience. The ONLY downside was the pricing didn't seem very clear at the reception and that i had to pay to literally just walk around with the pram. However, the atmosphere, the rides (apparently), the cleanliness were all great. Will be back.
A group booking poor experience lied to…
A group booking poor experience lied to by customer service. downloading tickets with photos is a joke not even checked and please explain why you have to scan your entry ticket on EVERY RIDE 😂🙈 we have paid to get in very bizarre and delays queues. not enough info telling you this and makes difficult for families to split up. Nickelodeon shutting at 4 i think is unfair especially when full rate for little children. Staff seem fed up didn't meet anyone who showcased excellent customer service. park is run down lots of rides no longer operating
Pathetic
Pathetic customer service they don’t give a damn about anyone
Blackpool pleasure beach fair
We went to the pleasure beach fair and had a good experience bought tickets kids went on rides had 4 tickets left but the 2 little ones wanted to go on one more ride I said to the man on the cup & saucer I give you 4 tickets for these 2 to ride on the cups he agreed so that was nice all the kids loved it and will deffo return again
Poor Customer Service
I lost my phone during my visit to Blackpool Pleasure Beach on Saturday, September
14th. The phone went missing on the Infusion ride, and I provided a precise location of it 24 hours after it landed in the ride area. The customer service has been shocking and poor. Calls not being answered anymore and messages ignored and my email to the CEO ignored.
After this happened if you look at the reviews on Trust Pilot it tells you the Story. There also no complaints line or email which shows they don’t care or want any complaints.
One of the staff will most likely pocketed the phone for themselves. Luckily the phone has been network locked and IME locked and any activity will be reported.
I would only take 5 to 10 minutes to retrieve the phone and the fact they can’t make the effort is really disappointing.
Despite my previous communications with your team, I have not received any
confirmation that the ride operators have checked the area I described. I am quite
concerned that no action has been taken to locate my phone, which holds valuable
photos and priceless memories.
Not having the phone is severely affected my work. My travel pass is connected to
my phone and there is other information on the phone that I need to get back.
Sincerely,
Ben Illingsworth

Shocking customer service from…
Shocking customer service from Blackpool UNpleasurable Beach
A fountain show near a food area with no warning signs resulting in us getting soaked whilst eating and loosing our £40 lunch that we had just bought.
Dismissive customer service representative that told me that I should not sit in the area (it the table area for the food outlet) and if it was raining ( bright sunshine 18c) that I would get wet
No manager on site who could deal with it.
No apology or acceptance.
Claims that signage is in place which is incorrect.
Totally spoilt what was being a good day
Money for Nothing! Full Price Ticket - for Registered Disabled!
What they don't tell you on their website is that everyone needs to pay for a full price ticket - even if they are registered Disabled! We were forced to buy a full-priced ticket on the day - so that a Grandmother could be with her grandkids. When we subsequently requested a refund, they pointed out that we should have read the FAQ! They obviously value their money much more than happy customers. Will definitely not be returning - and everyone we tell is gobsmacked! I simply do not know how they can get away with this in this day and age - it is literally 'Money for Nothing'!!!!!!!!!!!
PLEASURE BEACH RIP OFF
Took my four year old grandson for his first visit to Blackpool so called Pleasure Beach I would have paid the £40 for him to go on the children's rides but when we were told it was £50 each for non riders making it £140 in total I did a quick reverse I'm not tight and visit lots of places and understand prices have gone through the roof but to pay that to watch my four year old grandson for a couple of hours is a disgrace I was a regular visitor from boy to man but after walking round a few back streets round Blackpool I can honestly say I will never go back to Blackpool ever again it's an absolutely filthy run down dump
Great day out.Its showing its age and needs some TLC…
Its showing its age and needs some TLC but its a great day out! £33 and my son managed 17 rides (queues only 15 mins on average) I was happy to watch the young ones fill their boots with the extreme rides.
