Ordered some products 4 weeks ago and have had no confirmation of dispatch/delivery. Went on the website which states "Forget automated replies and endless email chains, we're not like other brands. We'd much prefer you give us a call, we find that we can get issues resolved and offer advice a lot more efficiently. No one answers to phone no answers to emails... Never had issues ordering before so this is really disappointing as looks like I’ll not be seeing the £35 back

Purchased 3 tubs of hair clay 10 days ago.
Order places email but have not seen any product. This was after 10 days.
No one answering company support phone line - no one responding to my emails!!

Like everyone else recently, 2 orders not sent, no contact or refunds even after trying to contact the company on numerous occasions. But they are still taking orders that they obviously have no intention of fore filling, disgraceful company.

DO NOT USE

You won't receive any goods and you won't get a response from customer service, phone lines don't work and emails aren't responded too.

Luckily I paid through klarna so should be easier to get the money back as they can help fight your corner.
Ordered 16 days ago and not had any of my many calls or emails answered.

Been a customer for 3 years, received and enjoyed their products, but latest order (15th August) never arrived. Order is showing on website as 'unfulfilled'. Calls go to voicemail and emails unanswered. Be careful.

Products not been sent in over a month since ordering.

Calls made to helpline and never responded too, just goes to voicemail. Emails unanswered.

Scam.

I've been with these guys since 2018 on a subscription service. recently they have taken my money and not delivered any products. I have had to threaten to go to Citizens Advice just to get a response/what I paid for. Avoid all costs - you can't even cancel through their website and there isn't anyone available to answer the phone.

I ordered hair powder 3 days ago and I paid 6.50 for next day shipping but I have not received any updates on the order worst company I have ever seen I emailed them as 3 times but no answer i don’t know when my order is gonna come I will never buy from these guys again never

similar to the review below, ordered over 3 weeks ago, they have taken my money and not sent the items. I have sent numerous emails that have went unanswered, tried to call and it goes to voicemail and they never respond. Have had to raise a charge back on my credit card. Absolute crooks. AVOID

Would give nothing but sadly can’t, 3 weeks later still no items, 6 unanswered email 25 unanswered voicemails, please do not use there nothing more then thieves please stay well away

Ordered 2 days ago and paid £6.50 next day delivery! Not arrived and no dispatch email! Called customer services and went straight to voicemail and have sent 2 emails but no response 😡 DONT ORDER from this company!!! Will try and get my bank to refund £32.00 paid to them!

Avoid!! Still not received my delivery. They have taken my money and not delivered. No answering the phone, emails or Facebook messages. I feel extremely let down.

Has to be the worst company in the world for customer service, it is literally non existent.

I am still waiting for an order which was placed in January, yes almost 9 months ago.

There is no way to contact them because their phone line is always off and goes straight to answer machine.

Same experience as everyone else. No products arrived and no response from customer services. Having to work with my bank to get my money back.

Awful company! Still waiting for my next day delivery! It’s only 4 weeks late. Used to be so good and efficient.

Absolute amateurs. Made an order and went well over the expected delivery date. Emailed and tried calling and was completely ignored.

Raised a chargeback and the next day they all of a sudden sent a delivery out.

Half the order was missing, again they ignored emails and chargeback has been declined due to “successful delivery” hahaha, crooks, avoid at all costs

Decided to give them a second chance after apologetic emails and how they were back to normal, well thats true as still awful, no product, no reply to emails, will contact my bank for a refund and won't be giving them another chance. Avoid at all costs

I thought I would try again as they had good product. But no, still a dreadful company to deal with.

When this company first launched it was brilliant. Fantastic products and quick delivery. Unfortunately that did not last. Like most companies during the pandemic they struggled with delivery (at that point I could understand). I thought now we are out the pandemic things would be back to normal, unfortunately I was wrong. They specify 3-4 days delivery yet I have now been waiting 12 days. I emailed, phoned (no response) Emailed again, requesting a refund and was told (in the email) to phone customer support to obtain a refund, which I did and yet again no answer. They did not even apologise in the email.

This is some of the worst customer service I have ever received. To anyone considering purchasing from this company all I would say is save your money and buy elsewhere.

Update: It has now gone over a month. No order received. No refund given. No email from them. No phone call from them.

To anyone reading this. Never buy from this company as they will rip you off.
