I’ve been using these products for a couple of years now and they are great……..if you can get hold of them. Sadly this will be the last order I place as after almost 5 weeks and zero communication from Black Label I’ve had to request my money back from my credit card provider. No delivery, nobody answers the phone and no replies to emails, shocking service

Still waiting for products, over 6-months now. No response to emails, phone calls, even tried the co-owners on LinkedIn. Avoid!

Very Poor Service!! I placed my order on the 2nd of August 2022 and haven’t received it. I have tried emailing and calling multiple times but can’t get through on the phone and no one has got back to me. Very disappointing as they claim to have great customer service.

Been waiting since March for my order. Like many, I have come to the conclusion that this company is now just taking money without any intention of fulfilling orders. My advice to those reading this is to initiate a chargeback through your credit card immediately.

If I could give zero I would! I’ve not received my order and the company have not replied to any messages. A quick check on socials and I’m not the only one. I’ve started a charge back through the bank. I suspect the company has gone under but are still taking orders.

Been buying from them for years and suddenly they’ve taken money and not sending out any products. No customer service so my moneys gone

This will be the same as everyone else, I have used Black Label for 2 years and cant rate their product highly enough. It seems they've gone out of business or what as I have ordered my usual product on September 8th and yet nothing. I have phoned, emailed but again no response.
It is a shame as like I say the product itself is second to none. I hope they can sort their act out and get back.

As with others here, I have used Black Label in the past and I love their products but they must have gone out of business because they're impossible to contact and they haven't sent my latest order. They're still taking your money, though, so don't buy from them!

Thieves! Used them in the past with no issues but now I’m waiting for an order I placed one month ago today. I’ve rang god knows how many times and emailed. I’ve left voice mails leaving my number asking for a return call but nothing! Horrible thieving ba***rds!!

This company doesn’t function any longer, but they still take on orders and let you pay! You will not receive anything.

Looks like they have turned into scammers! When they know that they are no longer able to process orders, they should simply close their webshop or at least warn you with a banner or something. The reason they haven’t done anything to inform customers about their situation (which is going on for months as we can read here) is very worrisome! They don’t seem to care that people don’t get what they paid for. This looks like scamming! My experience is the same as with others here: ordered, paid, nothing shipped and no possibility to get in touch with them... Sad, because their products used to be good.

Please report them to the police! Whether it is intentional (which seems to be obvious) or not, this is very wrong and looks like scamming. It's ridiculous that this can go on for so long! Only when multiple people report them, the police can act. I have already reported them. Let’s stop this!

I've ordered products (in May) but it isn't delivered. If I want to ask for my refund, they make it impossible. I need to call a number to cancel my order, but when you call this number their is no one available and you should leave a message. Until now I haven't been called back. It's been playing for months now.

Dreadful. Not received items one month on from order. No answer to any emails, no response to any voicemails. Thieves.

The only reason I managed to give a one star is that the product is brilliant - however the reason for the missing 4 stars is the service is diabolical. I ordered my stuff on the 29th August and was notified a week ago my order would come. I have rung multiple times and emailed and had nothing - however today part of my order arrived, but not the whole order and with no explanation!! It is ridiculous

PLEASE stay away from this company. Used them for over a year and their products were of very high quality. Then for some reason on recent orders they will hold the product for multiple months and still take your money. 3+ emails, phone rings and rings, literally into thin air. No explanation, no refund.

There are lots of great grooming companies out there. Black label grooming is no longer one of them.

Never had an issue until my latest order. Never turned up. Couldn’t get through via phone and no reply to emails. Luckily my bank refunded me within 2 hours of logging a complaint.

Must have gone out of business now. Used to use them a lot. Gradually the service got worse and worse and now nothing. Please guys, just stop using them and wasting your time. Like many others 5 voicemails, 5 emails, nothing.
Bank refunded me my money. Black label grooming is no more I’m afraid. If anybody knows of similar products, please contact me!!!

Same experience as everyone else. Have used these products for a while and they are quite good although a little overpriced.

However, my last two orders have not arrived. I’ve received no communications, can’t reach them by phone and it’s been over 50 days.

Do not buy from this company.

Wish I had read the comments before. I made an order over a week ago and my products didn’t arrive and nobody responds to email. Seems like I have been scammed…it’s a shame as the products were actually good quality…

This is a scam! Ordered more than a month ago, no delivery, not responding any of my several mails or calls…answering machine. Disgusting company!!!
