Total scam I ordered my product and it never came, I've left various messages and emails with zero replies

Though I hate writing bad reviews I feel this is a must. Went along and brought my usual order from BlackLabelGrooming, it arrived quick however I only received half my parcel. I contacted a representative of the company immediately and was told it would be looked at on Monday. I had no update until the Friday saying it was "sent out again" I imagined it would come within 3-4 days but nothing. I contacted the representative and low and behold I've been avoided day after day, I've rang the company and even sent an email but no reply. Absolutely ashamed at this, as after 4 years of loyal service to the brand I've now had to reconsider my options as I only recieved half my order and now being avoided. Surprised no one has taken this company to Trading Standards.

Looks like they have gone under and still taking payments.

Have contacted bank to refund as no reply from all forms of contact. Shame as loved this product and always been fast delivery.

Will no longer buy from these guys. Time to find some new salt spray :(

Absolute scam of a company. Ordered two products online, paid for next day delivery it does say on the email that you get that it could take up to 72 hours to be dispatched well why offer next day delivery in the first place? Two weeks went by and only one part of my order was delivered. Have tried to contact them on different emails, telephone and had no response absolutely shocking service

Ordered several products in October 2021, until today non of them have been delivered!
Tried to reach them bij email and telephone many times but they never respond to any of it.
Honestly the worst webshop in history.
Please avoid ordering from them.
Never ever send money to them, you’ll not receive any product!!

From what was an outstanding all round company - personal customer service feel and excellent product the only thing which remains is the product. Impossible to get hold of anyone. I have changed my delivery address online 3 times (yet the wrong address remains my default even after I have deleted it). I have also requested that my email address be changed, but no. Phone number goes straight on to hold music then on to voicemail. Calls not returned. Facebook messages read and ignored. Emails ignored. Seemingly no Twitter account anymore. Trying to cancel subscription but seemingly either very difficult (and I have not been able to do it myself) or impossible.

I really can’t understand this company. It’s clear that everyone loves their craft clay. It’s the best on the market. Black label clearly can’t meet demand or run the company properly when it comes to delivery. Surly it would make sense to get their product into Boots and sell it straight from the shelf. This would cut out the need for the online sales which they clearly can’t provide properly. Get it sorted!!

After ordering on the 8th of July, thinking the delivery would be 48hrs as said on the website. It wasn’t. I rang and left multiple messages and emails in which I had no response at all. Which led me to contact my bank as I hadn’t received any products. The bank informed me to fill out various forms which was a lengthy process, in which I started. And bugger me, I’ve just received the package today (30th of July)! Not sure what is happening with the company at the moment, not happy with the customer service at all. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is for the actual product itself.

Wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company, especially if you are in a hurry for an item because you won’t get it in 48hrs, you’ll get it 3 weeks later, if you’re lucky. Many people haven’t received their items at all!

Won’t be ordering again, I will find an alternative in the future.

This is a mixed review as their hair products are great however I have had delivery issues for almost a year resulting in my cancelling my bank card as this was the only way to stop the subscription.

Complete lack of response to contact via Facebook, email or telephone and I am now out of pocket as my last delivery wasn’t fulfilled.

Will not be using again!

Items not received, no response to emails or phone calls. Assume no longer trading but still accepting orders on their website.

Looks like this company is no longer going even though it still has a website and takes payment for their products.

Just had a instant refund from my bank after I got them to sort it for me.

I’ve been a long costumer with these guys. They will take your money and product won’t be sent. They also don’t answer costumer service phone calls or emails. I am still waiting for my deliver which was suppose to come in couple days but it has 3 weeks now and still no sign. Avoid at all cost as I will be getting my hair product else where from now on!

Same as people below - spent £20 and item not on way and 3 emails unanswered. Will dispute payment with bank

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Paid for products and they don’t send them. This company has a track record for this. DO NOT USE!

This “company” takes your money and never ships your product. Do not buy anything from them it’s not a real company they’re frauds

This company is clearly dissolved, you just need to do a Google research so you'll find out they're no longer operating.
However their website is still active and accepting payments for products, so I'd say this is clearly a SCAM now.
I've bought from this company many times as their hair products were amazing.

By the way you can even reach the directors of this company in LinkedIn if you want to spam them with messages about how unprofessional they are ;-)

Recently purchased a product and money was taken email to confirm and then no delivery of the product.
Over 3 months at this point with company ignoring calls and emails.

I imagine this company are no longer trading save your money shop elsewhere

Ordered 2 products over the year and had a issue every time, normally ring up after a few days and then they would say sorry and send the product out straight away. This time around I’ve made my usual order and they are not contactable anymore, they have never been the greatest to deal with but I put up with it as the product is very good!

They have taken my money as well, hopefully someone reads this before ordering with them.
