Very Disappointed with the service.

Very Disappointed with the service.. My funds were held up a number of times, i lost alot in earning in the process, not having had my funds for the whole weekend.

Bad customer service.. i would avoid this company.. your get your funds, but it will be a headache and the customer support is very poor indeed..

Just not worth the hassle at all, and once it was resolved and i wanted to buy more, more problems, and the staff dont read there emails properly, its a very cow boyish outfit.

We have tried to find out what this review is referring to, and what problems you had, but you haven't responded to our requests for more information.

Sorry if something went wrong of course, but I don't think we were having general issues around this time, and certainly we don't have poor customer service. I wish we could comment on your particular situation more but you haven't given us the opportunity to.

Excellent Support response

The website is relatively easy to use (Bitcoin transactions being a bit complex) but my main praise is their Support. I excecuted a Sell correctly, but the countdown timer remained counting down and then timed out. I contacted the Support team via the handily placed Support box on the same page, and they came back to me within a few minutes to say they had a system problem and there would be a short delay. Shortly afterwards, my sale went through and the money arrived in my bank account. I reckon this is much better support than many other crypto websites, and they sorted out the issue very quickly.

Best UK way to obtain crypto

I have been using bittylicious since around 2015 i believe maybe 2016, absolutely fantastic service and the admin james has been nothing but helpful.

If you are from the UK, you need to check this service out!

Reliable but high fees

Reliable as always. Missing a star because I missed the warning that BTC fees are astronomical at the moment and I felt it could have been more obvious.

Hi there and thanks for the nice review. Yes, fees have been really high with all the potential interest in a Bitcoin ETH, and for small transactions this proportionally costs a lot.

I would welcome any feedback on how this could be made more obvious - when fees reach a certain level, we have a big notice that takes up around 1/3rd of the page, but if you can think of another suitable way, let us know via support ticket.
