Easy set up and very fast transfers extremely easy to use. Highly recommended

Never had any problems until now but as explained by admin the bank has held the cash to complete checks. Banks don't like crypto hence them holding the cash until they can be certain. Don't let this review turn you away because bittylicious.com are always honest and have always explained what is and will happen.

Bittylicious are fast, I never noted the time but I'm guessing about 10 to max 15 minutes
The website is also easy to understand and use

I’d struggle to say too many pleasant things about this business and the people behind it. They make the process of trading cryptocurrency one of complete simplicity and at the same time, they eliminate any worries or fears inherent within the potential minefield that cryptocurrency markets can be. Company should offer buyer protection and allow refund of money and blocking of scammers. Very unhelpful

I've been using bittylicious for well over a year and I've never had a single problem. Most of the time it's been James that deals with my request and has always been very quick to send me the bitcoins after I've sent payment. Sometimes it has been sent to me before I've even got back onto the site from making the payment from my online banking app. Would recommend to everyone 100% first class service. EDIT: Since changing my review, Bittylicious has banned me from using it. I left an honest review of what used to be a great service - the customers service had always been great until their decision to ban me - and they were pathetic enough to ban me, despite spending thousands on their site.

I had given Bittylicious 5 stars and have kept my original review, below.

I have downgraded to 1 star because the "low fees" I talked about no longer exist and they don't seem happy that I mentioned this, going as far as to email my personal email address, rather than keeping this on Trust Pilot.

I find myself having to send at least £30 extra, just for whoever I'm sending it to - I'm almost always buying crypto and sending it to my own wallet - to get close to what I spent.

EDIT: Not long after altering my review, I received a rather angry email from Bittylicious, asking where I got a figure of 25% from.

Given that I didn't mention figures or percentages, I am not sure how they came up with this.

I will be making a complaint, as I should be free to leave an honest review on a public website without being harassed.

Bittylicious does not seem to think they are harassing me but I would consider emailing my personal email address - it's now two and counting - about a review I left as harassment, especially at 9pm on a Saturday night.

As the title of my review says, they have chosen to ban me. Fortunately, there are cheaper alternatives, like Moonpay.

ORIGINAL REVIEW

I use Bittylicious all the time and have never had an issue: transactions are fast, fees are low and customer service is second to none.

I recently made a mistake and sent the same transaction twice and, while I was emailing Bittylicious to ask if they could reverse it, they emailed me to ask if it was deliberate.

As it was not, I received a full refund, minus their admin fee of about £1.50. Not bad when it accounts for MUCH less than 1% of my transaction amount , and it would still have been £1.50 if I'd sent £10,000.

One of the longest running and, in my experience the most trustworthy and reliable service out there.
