Superb used many times

Superb used many times. The odd issue I have experienced has always been rectified very quickly. Should also say that the issues have never been their fault.

Very fast

I simply buy & send Litecoin to an address and the process, although you have to double check everything is correct beforehand, is very fast. Email updates from Bittylicious during the process keep you well informed.

Amazing site!

Super fast and easy, friendly staff too!

Stress free transaction

I had been having trouble finding any exchange to accept GBP, so I was very happy to find I could use it here. Straight forward, trouble free. Highly recommend A ++++++

This customer used a card and the way he accessed Bittylicious was flagged up as being suspicious. We get a lot of card fraud, so sometimes need to do additional verification.

Almost instantly, Craig started responding (these are his words) "bullshit" and "total scam" which, in themselves, are also signs of suspicious behaviour.

We reversed the transaction; it will never have settled into his account so he was never charged. Complaining that he hasn't received a refund is misleading - there is no refund as the original transaction won't have even settled (i.e. moved on from "pending").

We are very happy to have lost this customer.
