Late order
I ordered chocolates from Biscuiteers as a gift. The order arrived 3 days left, after the occasion had passed, making it completely useless. I complained and their response was disappointing.
I would not recommend them for time-sensitive gifts.

Atrocious Service & Poor Customer Service - Delivery Not Good Enough
Ordered some Birthday Biscuits for a friends birthday. Specified the date for delivery and there was plenty of time to satisfy this order.
The Royal Mail 24 service was used.
However, you missed the date of delivery. There was no way in the ordering process to get or view the Royal Mail Tacking number.
I had to phone up and chase the order - which was delivered a day late with no suitable reason why - to get the Royal Mail Tracking number which I could then trace. And the person I spoke to was not willing to take responsibility for the order not being delivered.
Atrocious service. Poor customer service. You have let yourselves down, regardless of how good the products might be.
SHOCKING. Will not recommend or use again.
Use should know what your lead times are. Simple.

I cannot believe how small the tins of…
I cannot believe how small the tins of biscuits have got. I purchased one of these quite a while back for a friend and the tin was about A4 size. Now it’s increased in price and about 1/4 of the size.
I purchased it as a teacher leaving gift and was embarrassed to say I paid £40 for it.

Dry and flavourless Lemon Tarts

Ordered a present for my son’s teacher…
Ordered a present for my son’s teacher well in advance of the end of term and chose for it to be delivered the day before so it was as fresh as possible. Had an email on the day it was supposed to be delivered saying they couldn’t deliver the day after (so it would’ve already been late) and wasn’t sure when it would arrive. Extremely disappointing and no reply to my email other than refunding and cancelling the order which I told them to do as there was no point sending if it was arriving after school finished. What’s the point in giving the option to choose day of delivery if you’re not even going to stick to that? Not sure I will use this company again.

Slightly disappointing first experience
My friend loved her gift. Order it a week before her birthday to be delivered that day and it was 3 days late. I had to chase the order. My delivery was refunded, I wouldn’t have known it wasn’t going to be delivered on her birthday as there was no communication to see they couldn’t deliver on the specific day

The offer was clearly advertised as being limited to one biscuit per customer, and this was stated on the product page on our website.
Your order requested 100 of these promotional biscuits, which was outside the terms of the offer.
As a result, we were unable to fulfil the order as placed.
This was explained to you during our conversations, and unfortunately, as this was a free promotional campaign with strict eligibility limits, we were unable to make any exceptions.

I have ordered from Biscuiteers many times (not so much recently). I usually buy these beautiful biscuits as gifts. Delivery is always good and the products beautiful. The only negative is the price, but these are understandably artisanal goods.
