Reached out via their web form, as my tickets didn't show in their app. They have previously. It was handled promptly. Pdfs sent to me again (good back up) and the advice to log out and in again. All resolved! Prompt, clear and courteous.

Shady, misleading and greedy
You always try to upsell your users with ridiculous stuff. Paying extra to get the ticket by text message? Or to get a reminder when the event approaches? Your nickel-and-dime greed is embarrassing.
Also, the newsletter signup checkboxes are enabled by default *and* phrased to be intentionally confusing. Dark patterns abound.
I would never use your platform of my own volition.

Noting whent wrong but it´s annoying to pay 10% additional fee just for ordering a ticket. No human activity involved, ticket sent automatically by E-mail. If you like SMS additional fee of 15 SEK!!
