Unnecessary and expensive add-ons
Too many choices to be made in a single straightforward transaction, each add on surprisingly expensive. What motivates €1.50 for a text message ticket, or a reminder before the event? Seems a bit cheap (read: stingy) for something that is entirely automatized and costs the company no added expenses whatsoever, but creates an inconvenience for the buyer and diminishes the service experience.

Tried to book but got an error message
Tried to book but got an error message. Finally managed to book, but later found I have been charged twice.
Update based on contact with billetto:
Billetto insist that it is the event organizers responsibility to issue a refund, not theirs. I clarified that the issue was a bug in the payment page of the Billetto website, but they will not change their position on this.
Overall bad experience. Billetto seems to try to put all issues with their app on individual event organizers. While this would make sense for issues related to the event (e.g. cancellation) when it comes to issues with Billetto's payment system this is you need to watch out for.

We sell tickets to events. Therefore, we do not fall under the general section 10 of the Danish Marketing Act, but rather under section 10, subsection 2. We comply with all the requirements of subsection 2, as customers can easily opt out of consent during the purchase flow and in any subsequent communication. We only use consent from individuals who complete a purchase and fully respect those who choose to opt out during the purchase process or later.
