Ordered wrong size clicked on wrong button realised when quote was emailed tried ringing got through said couldn’t change it , said see how it is , then if no good then a cost of £130 to return it . Lucky enough it’s ok . Received bike and can’t fit the saddle pin into bike , no instructions in box , tried ringing 3 stores no answer . Google it but still no idea how it goes . Now going to take it to bike shop to see if they can help , I won’t be buying anything online again.

Generally a good scheme, limited in the number of Bike Shops available in the Manchester area - perhaps other sches are more extensive. The 'how to guide' is generally useful, however still required dialogue with the ultimate vendor to ensure this could be processed properly (using an online shop).
The bike vendor name (listed on Bike2Work portal) was informed to be incorrect by the store and therefore after requesting the quote and receiving the voucher I then had to rectify the voucher before it could be accepted.
In summary, restricted Bike Vendors, and hurdles/inaccuracies which ked to minor complications and delays.

Easy way to use salary sacrifice to buy parts. Good network of affiliated suppliers.

The whole process was super simple and the staff dealing with it was so friendly. The process took 2 days and I now have my new bike.

The whole system is rather opaque, from the point of view of the renter and the employer. Hardly worth the bother

Obtaining the voucher was quick and easy and completed within the day. Ordering from the supplier has been time-consuming due to poor response timescales - it's taken a week just to get the order processed, and I still don't have a date when my items will be dispatched.

Everything was straightforward I sent an email and replied bk really quick and was so helpful.

This was a cycle to work order and couldn't process the company i had my voucher with so everything had to be done via email.
This caused confusion in products, colours prices even after screen shots provided.

Got there in the end but delayed order by a few days.

Would benefit if there was guidance on whats required if you need to go down the email route to place order.

Found the whole process very easy to access and am enjoying my new bike. Aim to cycle from London to Brighton on it in Sept.

Very easy and simple process to follow. I applied for the scheme, i got the voucher sent and was able to purchase my new bike in a quick time. Very impressed.

Quite easy to do but a tiny bit time consuming.

It was so easy sorting out my C2W bike. Once logged in and set up with an account, communications were clear and only when required. Voucher came through as soon as my employer had set up payment so very happy with the whole process really.
