The seller was operating a scam and did not ship the purchased books and gave bogus tracking numbers. In pursuing remedy I contacted Biblio customer support and they have not responded either. Bibilo should not allow or aid sellers with a long history of shady business.

Edit: Biblio since responded and has remedied the situation. Just watch out for poor sellers, base your choices on recent reviews not how long they have been a seller or how many reviews there are.

Didn't even post the order out. Really poor service. No offer of another book being posted, no tracking number. Avoid

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Like many others on here my money was taken and after waiting patiently to receive it never came. Customer service replied-
book not available full refund given. That was 3 weeks ago and after several emails I still haven’t received my refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Now their reply to this review states I’ve not sent emails to them-what a joke-AVOID

The book arrived on time and it was safely delivered. It was well-wrapped and protected. The way in which it was wrapped was obvious it was meant to be protected from moisture and from any other type of damage which could occur during the delivery.

The book is in great condition. I will be putting it to good use.

Biblio is a scam. I ordered a book that has never arrived. The tracking information only ever showed "Shipping Information Received" and never any further stages in delivery. I attempted to contact customer service to confirm the book was shipped but never received a reply.

Ordered Jane eyre, wuthering heights & a tale of two cities.
A tale of two cities, never turned up, for which I had a quick refund, hence 1 star. The other 2 were ancient & the pages were filthy, dark brown. I'd bought them for my grandaughter, felt embarrassed giving them to her. I never checked inside the pages, when she went to read Jane Eyre it was in Spanish! Not happy. Won't use this website again.
NOTE: I had a very prompt update from Biblio to this review. They are going to refund me for the book in Spanish & offered to refund for the other. I accepted the refund for 1 book & turned down the offer for the other, as my grandaughter is reading it, in spite of the condition. That has at least redeemed what was a poor experience. Thank you to Ashleigh.

I was looking for a.children’s book we used to read to our kids when they were young. The book had been out of print for a while. Found a used copy here and so very happy to now be able to read it to my grandchildren . They got the book to me in just a few days.

Ordering was simple and book was delivered promptly and in excellent condition.

This is the same company as Greener Books they are scam artists they sent the wrong book you cannot speak to anyone to get a refund DO NOT USE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY

If you are looking for a book, they will have it at a great price. I feel they could improve by keeping customers in the loop on delivery status that is the only reason for the 4 stars. With that said, delivery was quick.
