Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! I am still awaiting my order, almost one month now since ordering. I have sent three emails with all my order details and have still not received a reply!

Deceptive Advertising!

Deceptive Advertising!! Description said book is “New”!! I paid a lot extra because it said book is New!! It is not New!! Has torn page and missing CD that comes with this edition!! Has empty pocket in back of book for CD! Seller only willing to give 20% credit or return, but do not have a replacement book!! Deceptive Advertising!!

Never Disappointed

I have never been disappointed by biblio. Books are always as described, priced fairly, and delivered in good time. On those rare occasions (and I'm talking about over an 11-year span) that I got the wrong item or it wasn't up to par (maybe twice), biblio immediately made good on the transaction.

Always a good experience

Always a good experience buying from Biblio. I have never returned a book for incorrect description of condition. This is very important to me. Their prices are always commensurate or better than other sellers. Fast shipping, no complaints.

The Nazi Conspiracy and the book that was received were not the same. I ordered the book as a gift for a friend. What was delivered was The Nazi Conspiracy, but it was stamped several times with NOT FOR RESALE and it was altered to be for young adult readers......

Poor seller info and rubbish website

Thought I had found some editions of books that I wanted to complete collections (nothing special, just paperbacks to match what I already have).

None of the sellers were able to confirm that the description and/or picture actually matched the description. When I tried to order the website insisted on creating two different checkouts (despite the fact 3 of the 4 books were from the same seller), and then prevented me accessing the site when I tried to checkout.

This was my first time trying to sue the site, and unsurprisingly will be my last.

The seller was a scam, Biblio made it right.

The seller was operating a scam and did not ship the purchased books and gave bogus tracking numbers. In pursuing remedy I contacted Biblio customer support and they have not responded either. Bibilo should not allow or aid sellers with a long history of shady business.

Edit: Biblio since responded and has remedied the situation. Just watch out for poor sellers, base your choices on recent reviews not how long they have been a seller or how many reviews there are.
