Well what can i say

Well what can i say, from start up to weekly invoicing Bibbys have been fantastic, communication is great from Pav, Dee and Linda very quick and responsive to any requirements we have. Peace of mind knowing you have a great team behind you especially through a challenging enviroment we are in these days.

Don't get sucked in!

Wasted ten months of effort going through extremely onerous onboarding for invoice finance only to terminate after 2 months as it was not fit for purpose. In our case the clearing bank caused issues but Bibby had no back up redundancy, crippling our already cash constrained business. To add insult to injury they then went legal to recover their funds. In contrast we have plugged into a facility with HSBC in no time and it has been a breeze in comparison. SME business owners don't get sucked in!

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would....

As a growing family business and like many businesses, cash flow is of the utmost importance especially when as a business, you're trying to invest in systems and process's.

We now have that confidence to invest thanks to Bibby Financial Services.

The fear and doubt have all been put to one side thanks to our first port of call Kelly McGrath who went out of her way to make this procedure as smooth as possible.

Kelly also dug in to understand the business and the business needs, and its thanks to Kelly's business experience and knowledge and her easy way of communicating, that's helping our business to be on the front foot and with the confidence to grow.

Would have given 10 stars had we been able to.

Reliable, Proactive and Professional Credit Control Service

Nayan has been an excellent support to our business and a real asset from a credit control perspective. He is extremely attentive and consistently on top of our accounts and customers, ensuring everything is managed proactively rather than reactively.

He is always approachable and easy to talk to, taking the time to clearly explain our options and provide practical, well-considered advice when needed. His communication is particularly strong – we receive regular updates on account activity, and when any issues arise with customers, he keeps us fully informed and works collaboratively with us to find solutions.

What really stands out is his team-oriented approach. Nayan genuinely feels like an extension of our own team rather than an external contact. He understands our priorities, represents our business professionally when dealing with customers, and is always willing to go the extra mile to achieve the best outcome.

Overall, the level of service, responsiveness and professionalism he provides gives us real confidence that our accounts are being managed effectively and in line with our expectations.

Bibby have been such a fantastic…

Bibby have been such a fantastic support for our business. We are quite a complex business with multiple entities. However, Bibby learnt about us and worked incredibly hard to ensure that the onboarding process was easy and as painless as possible. The support has been excellent too. Any questions I had, I could pick up the phone or send an email and my question was answered very efficiently. Bibby are far from a ridged business and are not a one glove fits all company. They always look for a solution to help you out. Finally, the Bibby team are so personable but professional. As a Managing Director, for support in cash flow, I would highly recommend Bibby Financial Services.

Real upgrade

I recently moved our factoring facility from Lloyds to Bibby Financial Services, and I can honestly say the difference in service has been exceptional — a genuine upgrade in every sense.

From day one, the transition was handled smoothly, professionally and with real care. Nayan Patel and Margaret Smith have both been outstanding throughout the entire process. They ensured a seamless switch for all of our clients, with zero disruption to cash flow, and were always on hand to answer questions quickly and clearly. Their communication and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful change feel straightforward and well managed.

As our business has grown, Steve Taylor has also been incredibly supportive in helping us secure increased credit facilities to match our expansion. Having that level of backing and flexibility has made a real difference to our ability to scale confidently.

What really sets Bibby apart is the personal approach. You’re not treated like just another account number — they genuinely take the time to understand your business and support your growth.

Outstanding!!

This month I had to make a decision to move factoring companies, i must take the time to show my appreciation as I have had the most pleasurable experience. Steve Taylor has been nothing but outstanding and transparent from start to finish, making sure I was fully updated and in the loop through out the whole transition. Not only has Steve and the team made the switch feel effortless I was also given a limit that was almost quadruple than my other provider was giving.

I have used Bibby for my Invoice Financing

I have used Bibby for my Invoice Finance facility for a number of months now. In that time I have had nothing but a first class service from Leah Morton my Relationship Executive and Carolyn Bell my Relationship Manager. They both go above and beyond to help and nothing is too much trouble.
I would highly recommend Bibby for any businesses looking for this type of facility . Leah and Carolyn make it a very personal experience where you feel like you are a person not just a number.

Great Support & Smooth Transition

We recently moved our invoice finance facility to Bibby Financial Services and have been very pleased with the experience so far.

A special thank you to Gayle Robertson for visiting us and guiding us through the initial setup. Her support and understanding of our business needs made a real difference. Within just one month, the team successfully helped us transfer our factoring facility from our previous provider with minimal disruption to operations.

Richard McKeown and Sarah Hobbs have been responsive and supportive throughout onboarding, and James Hart deserves particular thanks for managing all the documentation carefully to ensure everything was completed smoothly and efficiently.

Overall, a professional and well-coordinated team. We look forward to continuing the relationship.

It's challenging to write a review of my experience with Bibby without it sounding like I've been compensated for my praise!

My interactions and relationships with Dave Webb, Tom McDonnell, and Dale Barnett have been and are exceptional, and it is always a pleasure to work with them.

No job is ever too big or too much of a hassle (well, sometimes it can be, but we can't always choose our clients). They are consistently focused on the end goal, providing support to our team and our clients.
