Reception staff Adrienne was really helpful as I had a problem with the app and I appreciated the knowledge and advice given by Jonathon during my basic induction to the gym.

Although aerobics is quite a good workout it can be a bit monotonous with awful music. I used to do Zumba with the same instructor which was great and much more stimulating, with better music. That class was a 5 star! That class has now finished, unfortunately.
I do attend another Zumba class which is gradually improving. Classes used to be for one hour but are now only 45 minutes.

I wanted to restart my membership after a traumatic experience in my life and was charged £15 even though all my details still on system as only been 2 months. Nicola was great but think this charge is a disgrace after so little time

Fantastic experience. The facilities are spotless, the atmosphere is so welcoming, and our swimming teacher is brilliant—patient, encouraging, and makes every lesson enjoyable.

When I recently joined Lillie Road Fitness centre Richard was very welcoming and showed me round. As an older person (seventies) he said the gym welcomes all ages. I have used the gym once and I'm very happy with the range of machines, free weights etc.
