The guy who helped us out was so friendly! (sorry I didn't get your name, you liked my car though and warned us of the ticket man)

Great experience face to face with very helpful staff
The two members of staff who helped us were very well informed and not in the least pushy. Businesses are going to have to start reintroducing more face to face selling in order to satisfy customers. The novelty of online is wearing thin when it comes to large item purchasing. Sales bots just don't cut it. The staff at Bensons Crewe were excellent.
