Lovely visit to Bensons for Beds Crewe
Great introduction to your range. Really helpful yet not made to feel pressured into rushing to choose a product. Lovely to have the time to chat with the staff and walk around in our own time. I believe his name was John who doesn’t with our queries and needs. He gave us a clear explanation of the products and breakdown of potential costings. We were really impressed with the customer service and will be sure to visit in the future and make further purchases. For now we’re looking forward to our new bed arriving in a couple of weeks!

Perfect purchase experience
The sales assistant was very helpful, he was knowledgeable about the product and didn't make me feel under any pressure to purchase. The product I bought appears good quality and I'm confident it will last well but in the unlikely event it doesn't it is backed up by a 5yr guarantee

Very helpful but we were left to wonder trying out different beds but were available to give us guidance when we needed
