Bit annoyed to be honest
Bit annoyed to be honest. Paid £220 (before the job) for a full gutter clean out and cleaning service of all the exterior. On arrival I had mentioned one particular gutter that continues to overflow, meaning it’s blocked. Lo and behold post the service, the same gutter is still blocked and overflowing even more so now!
Contacted Ben’s gutters and no response!!! 3 times, 3 weeks later still not heard back.
Quick to take your money and send leaflets through the door - very poor at customer service and ensuring a good service meets the customers expectations.

Ben Gutters don’t fix leaks
Contacted Bens Gutters to report that I had a leak in 2 locations in my gutters. I was quoted £150 to resolve the issue. Person came out and cleaned the gutters and advised issue was due to moss in gutters. 2 days later heavy rain and issue was worse than before. Reported issue wasn’t resolved someone came out for the 2nd visit and siliconed around both leaks. Reported again issue wasn’t resolved and they came out a 3rd time to silicon more.
Issue wasn’t resolved still not resolved. When I contacted the operations team I was advised that they don’t fix leaks. I suggested that the sales team had missold a service and wanted a full refund
Operations team were to review the telephone recording and get back to me. No response after 3 weeks.
Have since contacted a roofing company to resolve the issue and they commented on the workman ship that my gutters were left in.
I have now emailed sales team/ customer complaints and one of the directors I found on companies house asking for a full refund.
24hrs later no response, which isn’t surprising.
Avoid this company if you have any issues with your gutters and hire a proper roofing company.
They will promise a resolution but only clean your gutters and charge premium rates for this service.

Thoroughly efficient and courteous service
From booking to job completion the experience was one of courtesy, and efficiency - from office to Csaba’s arrival and work. Csaba was friendly, informative, and very respectful of our property. He did a first class job and in good time. The additional feature of this excellent service is the photos. Csaba took 12 photos to demonstrate the outcome of his thorough work. We have found a gem of a firm and will be booking them again later in the autumn.
