Gutter cleaning may have been ok
Gutter cleaning may have been ok, I wouldn't know, because despite sending an email and following up with 3 telephone calls, no one has bothered to contact me with the images that I requested at the time of booking. Next steps is to commence chargeback with bank.
UPDATE. As per response below, I have submitted details requested, and disappointingly, heard nothing!

Had to pay in advance, was visited twice when they said they would, but took one look at the property and said it wouldn't be possible, have now spent weeks chasing up the refund being fobbed off with staff not available.

Two stars only because the guys who…
Two stars only because the guys who came to the house was friendly enough however we were completely ripped off by this company. Their quote is literally to inspect the gutters and clear debris, not to wipe the underside or clear down pipes. Essentially they 'add on' costs for each element. We can do the lower level guttering up but don't have a ladder that reaches the 10m strip of higher section - £70 was a joke.

Check what they'll do with the waste
I'd expected the material from the gutters to be taken away. Instead it was thrown into my green waste bin which I then couldn't move. So I had to remove most of it and ended up taking out forty litres of wet soil-like material. The gutter & soffit cleaning was fine but it took my time and effort to sort out the waste problem after they'd left.

At my end there was a change of plan -a time avaiability issue for me, However - Paul had not received my postponeing text . Nor had I paid eithe. But Paul turned up early was happy to do the job on trust . He went the extra mile caused by an excess of Virginia Creaper and Russian Vine and did a very good job .

Aggressive telephone calling
The job they did was fine, although a bit pricy for a simple job.
The reason for giving them a one star review is because this large organisation have been aggressively calling me from multiple numbers multiple times a day to try and get me to hire them again. Apparently they don't get the message when you screen their calls, hang up, and block them. I have reported them to the Information Commissioner's Office.
