I absolutely love their brow products

I absolutely love their brow products, I have oily skin, and they truly are the best! I love that they are cruelty, free, and offer many colors and formulas. I feel like they are very middle of the road price wise which is nice, and they do offer travel sizes so you can try products before investing in the larger ones. I highly recommend benefit cosmetics, especially for brow products.

I wrote a review but funny enough-it…

I wrote a review but funny enough-it got deleted! I bought two Benefit brand mascaras and they are horrible with non-existent benefits. Nothing comes on the brush to your lashes so it’s like you are going through the motions without any outcome. (Think of the Emperor with no clothes!). I contacted Benefit three times and they refused to stand behind their product and basically said, sorry, not sorry. I paid $50 for these two mascaras and am now out $50 and no working product. This was the first time buying Benefit, and definitely the last. My mom and sister also bought this product and were very unhappy with it. Don’t worry waste your money.

WORSE EYEBROWS TINT EVER!!!!!

First none of the benefits products were used! I had a brow tint and a random no branded diy was used! For the whole It took literally 5-7mns to get it done only to see the worst result EVER! The assistant didn’t make a good shape neither were equal! Seriously a waste of money! I express my disappointment and she didn’t really care about it. NO WORTH IT AT ALL!

Rip off delivery from the Benefit website

Ordered some eyecream and makeup and paid £4.95 for "express delivery" expecting to receive it the next day as I'd ran out and wanted it quickly. Got the goods 4 days later (standard free shipping says 2-4 days) and when I complained, got an email saying if you don't order before 3 on a Friday, they don't despatch until Monday. Absolute rip-off and customer services are a joke. Will buy from Boots or reliable places like Look fantastic or Feel Unique in future and never the Benefit website

Worst experience & also ruined my brows!

Arrived to the store and there were no forms (to sign prior to brows), I was told to wait and walk around and 1.5 hours later got them done and the form was still not there. I then randomly signed another persons form so that we could proceed. Then I didn't even have the full attention of the therapist, there should be another person serving customers and we started and stopped too many times. She was really rough and was rushing the whole time. She didn't seem like she knew what she was doing and halfway through I looked at my eyebrows and they were the worst I've ever seen them and I had lost my entire shape that I worked years to obtain. We had to stop not long after as the service and brows just got worse. I still had to pay full price after the whole experience and just left completely traumatised and frustrated at the service, company and overall products. The worst part is I have to look at myself in the mirror each day!

Wasted time

I went into book an appointment with Sophie at the Benefit franchise in Boots Bexleyheath, she did the skin test and booked me in to have my eyebrows done two weeks later on 30th. I received a confirmation email, later that afternoon. On 29th I received a reminder of the appointment. I arrived on time for my appointment only to be told that it was Sophie’s day off. I showed her colleagues the emails I’d received from Benefit, one colleague contacted her and she told she emailed a a cancellation, which I was able to show had never been received by me. They asked if I could come back another time, but I wanted this specifically down and I had other arrangements made. Boots staff were as helpful as it was possible to be in the circumstances but Benefit were a waste of time. I have messaged them but had no response and still no email!

Wax tint and shape

Wounderfull experience yet again kristina who was doing my treatment was very professional making sure the shape she was going to do was how I would like it also the colour the temperature of the wax was not to hot my brows looked amazing kristina also showed me bennifits new eye linner which I brought and I am using every day I would definitely recommend it it's so easy to apply thank you kristina for working for boots at there Chichester branch you are brilliant 👏

Used to be my favourite make up brand……

Used to be my favourite make up brand… ever since it started up. Now they have bought into Woke culture and are using men (identifying as something or other but not men) to promote the products I’m done with them - I don’t need a man to tell me how to apply make up and don’t appreciate any company that buys into this anti-feminist regressive thinking. What next - men advertising tampons?

would not recommend

Purchased some items for a birthday present, paid for a 2-3 delivery. its 8 working days later and they still haven't arrived.
By this point I've already had to buy another present - waste of time, wouldn't recommend

I bought 2 x gift sets before Christmas…

I bought 2 x gift sets before Christmas because the image showed a full size hoola make up as part of the set. When they arrived they were minis so I contacted them and returned the products. I am still waiting for a refund after nearly 3 weeks. Customer services aren't helping at all. Asking questions that they already have the answers to.

Had an eyebrow wax at the counter

Had an eyebrow wax at the counter - Jessica did a great job of my eyebrows - was friendly professional and knowledgeable about the products. Ending up purchasing extra items and had some great comments through out the rest of the day re the lashes n brows - great job Jessica @ Watford boots

Out of date product sold full price

Bought an eyebrow pencil as a gift for friend. I know its a good product so I was happy withy boots at Waterloo purchase. When I gave it to her it was so old it looked like I was giving her junk! So upsetting! On the plus side the assistant Zoe was just lovely. But its not worked out at all and I am embarrassed.
