I purchased a brow pencil from Worldwide Duty Free LONDON Gatwick. My fourth purchase of the same product, but first time with a lead that fell out on first use, hence first customer service issue!... See more

Never received my order or a refund even though I went out of my way to email them and all I got was a useless email back which didn’t help.
I returned a product because the shade wasn’t right for me. Instead of using their free untracked return service, I chose to pay for tracked shipping—and I’m very glad I did. The item was deliv... See more

TERRIBLE customer service and deficient…
TERRIBLE customer service and deficient eyeliner.
I was up to now a good customer but for the second time an eyeliner had a problem so this time I decided to contact them. After a couple of weeks the eyeliner started to fade. There was still liquid in the pencil but no more coloring and all. First I messaged on Facebook every week for one month but only got an automatic response. So I emailed on the website and proposed to send them back the eyeliner as I live in SF and they are based on in SF. They said it can only be brought back on point of purchase. As I bought it in Sephora Paris ( France ) at Christmas their only recommendation was to tell me to fly back to France:)
So this is the second time this happened to have a deficient product and customer care is useless and uncaring. So they lost a good client and it seems I am not the only one....
Terrible customer service experience
I recently had an incident with a Benefit mascara that shed its tubes outercoating on a tube of They’re Real, it seems Benefit do not guarantee their own brand name as in order to help me, they asked for proof of purchase in the past 3 months, which, of course I no longer have. I had taken photos of said tube to send to them then binned it as the coating was all over the place making a huge mess.
It seems having their own brand name on a product is not enough for them to do something about a faulty product. I was and am extremely disappointed and will no longer be purchasing Benefit products in the future. It’s a very disappointing outcome and I feel it’s important to let others know so that they can be prewarned and aware that there is next to no customer service or guarantee so other customers can make a fair decision with knowledge of my particular experience before they purchase any Benefit products, which, are not exactly cheap to start with.

Always discontinue products
Stopped using benefit as they always discontinue their products. Just not worth finding something for it then to be no longer available.

Bad customer service
I boight the Jumbo pore primer which I had received in a Christmas set as a mini, the Jumbo is a completely different texture! Really greasy and oily, I sent proof of this and they asked me to return for a refund or exchange, I asked if I was to repurchase, could you gaurentee it wouldn't be the same and she couldn't, said to exchange for something else...
Really bad service
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Im a Pro and ive placed 2 orders over the past few years. Both shipped but never got to me. I asked for them to reship and they refused. They claimed it was my carrier and refused to take an ounce of responsibility. They insisted on refund. It makes absolutely no sense.
If something happens with your online delivery, they will never make it right.
After waiting for more than 2 weeks for my order to be delivered, it came in a dirty and smashed packaged. The products inside got smashed and there were some black bits/dirt too. I sent pictures to their customer service email back and forth, and then I just had a call with them. I explained that this order was for Christmas gifts and there is no way I could give my nieces smashed boxes with dirt. Their response? Sorry not sorry, the items are still usable so no replacement for you. Heck no, this is probably the worst customer service I received from any big major brands/retailers in the US. Nah, never buy benefits products from their website again. This experience left an awful impression that I may even stop using their products altogether.

I received a broken bronzer 3 weeks after ordering it. Benefit asked for front and back pictures to review it. After one week of waiting again i called, spent 20 mins on hold and they said they don’t know why anyone hasn’t gotten back to me. No apology whatsoever. I asked to speak to the supervisor and the representative said there is no supervisor available. I will never order from benefit cosmetics again
Amazing customer service
Hannah from Boots Benefit counter in Bromley was amazing I had a tint and eyebrow wax and loved the results. Hannah took the time to make sure what shape I liked and colour. Will definitely be going back great service.

I cried so much wearing a ton of eyeliner and mascara and it all stayed in tact. You could go to war wearing benefit eye makeup and no of it would smudge.
Recommend service, lovely staff
Olivia at John Lewis Cheadle was wonderful! Showed me new products and taught me all about my eye make up. Felt awesome leaving.
Excellent service with Cherrys
Excellent service I went to Benefit on Tuesday and a wonderful lady called Cherrys did my eye brows wax and tint, she was wonderful she also did my make up which I have struggled with for many years. She used the pore professional, this is amazing very easy to use and looks great, followed by the hoola I actually have cheek bones, the mascara used was bad gal bangi which gave volume. I’m very fair so this was amazing to see I now have eye lashes, then the floral tint, this was lovely, I never like the feeling of lipstick but you honestly don’t even feel like it’s on you and it lasts. Just want to thank Cherrys for giving me my confidence back to feeling good xx
I had the most beautiful experience…
I had the most beautiful experience today as I have my eyebrows laminated by Lucy .She was wonderful we discussed about shape colour tinted and the steps of laminated. My eyebrows are so wonderful.
I highly recommend her she is based in John Lewis Reading
Bad customer service - but I guess it depends who serves you
Had really good service at Benefit Boits in Chichester a few days ago. Went back today to buy 2 full size items and receive the free full size mascara. Eventually the assistant served and I asked where the full size free mascaras were. She pointed and sais 'well they're over there'. I said no, I've looked and cant see the free full size mascara. To which she replied, 'well, you'll just have to have the mini one wont you'! I immediately put the £80 worth of items back and left. Extremely bad customer service. I'll now move to another brand and will never shop at Benefit again.
I absolutely love their brow products
I absolutely love their brow products, I have oily skin, and they truly are the best! I love that they are cruelty, free, and offer many colors and formulas. I feel like they are very middle of the road price wise which is nice, and they do offer travel sizes so you can try products before investing in the larger ones. I highly recommend benefit cosmetics, especially for brow products.
