The Kukai brush was purchased a few…
The Kukai brush was purchased a few years back from House of Fraser,the adviser said the brush has a life time guarantee, basically if the brush became faulty then I could change it with no receipt, this wasnt the case as I was told that no such guarantee was in place, I will never buy from them again however I had to buy another brush due to the company allowing 30% discount. I am saddened that I Purchased an item only to be told that their exchange policy isn’t in place or ever was!

As a manufacturer, we do not provide a lifetime guarantee to any of our products, but distributors potentially could give their clients this benefit, if it is in their policy. As you had been explained over the phone, we do not have power over what sales advisors of our re-sellers can tell you or promise you, unfortunately. I order double cocoa PMF010 they send…
I order double cocoa PMF010 they send me MF010.I contacted the customer services. One person said they will call me back almost 4 weeks I have not received the call back. I call back, I was told to send email to sales department with email that is not exist. The foundation that was send is kept inside specimen bag before placed inside the postage box. The foundation of belapierre I normally buy in House of Fraser usually come in their own box not inside specimen bag.

After investigating further we can see that you initially ordered MF010, not PMF010 you stated in your review, so we have sent you the right product according to your order.
Our loose mineral foundations do not come in boxes. They come with plastic seal around the pot, plus placed in the plastic bag for extra protection, in case during transit it gets damaged and spills all over the package.

Wonderful service but I did not like the lip balm ordered at all! Nice smell but very sticky on lips and colour darker than expected. It's definitely not worth £15.

The most awful customer service I have…
The most awful customer service I have ever encountered. My daughter has had over a hundred pounds worth of products sitting in the basket for 3 days now but the youth discount code feature is not working. Finally Bellapierre tell her it´s Youth Discount´s Problem that needs fixing, but I have spoken to the lovely people at YD and they are clear that it is Bellapierre who have the problem. Nobody at Bellapierre can be bothered to fix it. We will shop elsewhere because
