I like the products, especially as I can get them from Sainsburys, currently on Nectar offer . The pump on the handwash has failed after 4 months and doesn’t return so have to keep pulling it back into position. Have followed all the tips re cleaning it to no avail. They do sell replacement pumps but I am not prepared to buy one and pay so much in postage when Sainsbury’s are currently offering a new complete handwash bottle for £3.50. I have emailed the Company today and will edit this review with their reply. Have no issues with the bathroom or kitchen bottles, their dispensers are sprays so not expecting any.
Handwash pumps appear to be an issue so maybe this is an issue Neat need to sort out.
Neat have kindly arranged to send a replacement hopefully it will work longer than last one

EDIT: Neat reached out, sent replacement pump, which have been upgraded since original manufacture and couldn't be happier. A1 customer service, thank you!

I absolutely love the hand soap and we have one in each bathroom and the kitchen but all of the pumps have stopped working. You push it down and they no longer rise back up, one only lasted a few months before it stopped working. Is there anyway to fix this, as it would be such a shame to have to get rid of them all.

Good quality, does a good job overall, but I'd prefer more "flavours....." to choose from.

Dishwashing foam doesn't last very long.
The thing I detest the most is having to subscribe to everything and not having enough time or warning to delay or cancel.
They don't offer free returns.

Good quality products: the toilet, bathroom and general surface cleaners are truly excellent! I have just re-ordered them. No more plastic waste, just small recyclable refill bottles.

Lovely reusable bottles, easy to use. The scents are very pleasant, not too overpowering. The foaming hand wash is especially good.

I’m using the hand washes and they are lovely. I’ve used the multi surface spray and it works really well and I’ve used the window and glass cleaner and it really works.

I've reached out to the company as suggested, and they kindly provided replacement pumps for my soap dispensers. Thank you for addressing the issue.A few weeks ago, I submitted a contact form on their website seeking guidance about maintaining my soap containers. I own three of these, and I've had to replace them thrice because the pumps fail and don't spring back after use. I hoped to learn a maintenance trick or receive some helpful advice. Unfortunately, I never received a response, which was quite disappointing and led me to try this platform instead. My 2-star rating reflects the customer service experience.

After contacting company as requested below they have sent me new replacelment pumps for my handwashing's bottles, so thank you for your response.

I filled out a contact form on this website a couple of weeks ago asking for some advice on the soap container. I have 3 of these which I have replaced 3 times now as the pump just stops working and doesnt return after being used. I asked if there was a trick to this maybe or for advice on how to maintain it. Needless to say I havent heard a word from them which is very disappointing, hence trying on here.
I only gave 2 stars because of the customer service.

I’ve just switched to this brand, bought in Tesco. I love the fact it’s also planet friendly and plant based. Please bring out more scents :).

I have previously left a review expressing my satisfaction with the products but disappointment with the triggers and pumps of the hand wash. Following this I was contacted by the customer service department with whom I had a very positive discourse and received some good advice on maintaining the product in a hard water area. I was also sent replacement pumps and triggers with a complementary refill as a gesture of goodwill. This level of customer service is exceptional and not only will I continue to use the NEAT products I wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

It's great because it does what it's supposed to do. It doesn't loose its scent. The smell is pleasant

Not a very Neat sales process. Shipping not disclosed on checkout for uk purchase which was misleading and ultimately meant it was cheaper to buy on Amazon.

Fast delivery, all packaging recyclable, the soap works well and all fragrances are pleasant. Only problem is the fill line is on the outside and you can’t see through the container so have to measure the water! Perhaps it would be easier to use a bottle for the concentrate that you can rinse a specific number of times to get the correct volume?

So impressed been looking for a while then decided to purchase washing up liquid and toilet cleaner.
From someone who wanted a dishwasher and hated washing up. I know love doing it. Just spray on dishes saucepans even air fryers pan. Wipe away and rinse the smell is lovely and the items really come up clean and sparkly. Even the cats dried on food dishes that I used to have to soak. Plus the rinsing water gets chucked on the garden in this dry weather. Toilet cleaner again smells amazing toilet bowl sparkles and the fact it sprays under the rim
A quick spray leave for 5 mins then brush. The prices are good when I worked out how much I normally use in washing up liquid and toilet cleaner. I am a convert and recommend these products. Will be trying others in the range soon.
