Ordered kid bedroom furnitures and they are lovely. However, it took several weeks for delivery without any information or update- despite info on web dating dispatch is around week. I used Irish website but nobody could speak English when I called for help??! WhatsApp number stayed silent. Reply for my email took them a week. Also currier just dropped off furniture on our door step without any notification- thank god it wasn’t raining…. So furniture are nice and good price but don’t look for any support if needed :(

Sie haben diese Möglichkeit jedoch abgelehnt und stattdessen eine Rückerstattung von 50 % verlangt – eine völlig unverhältnismäßige Forderung im Verhältnis zum Wert des Möbels und dem tatsächlich festgestellten Schaden.

Wouldn't buy again to be delivered overseas

Purchased a wardrobe to be delivered in Ireland. The delivery took around a week from the purchase date which is good as it comes from Spain but the wardrobe was delivered damaged, probably on the delivery side, very upset. Wouldn't buy it again just because of the delivery. Quality of wardrobe could be better but for the price paid, it's ok.

I would give 0 stars if it was…

I would give 0 stars if it was possible.
I ordered an exercise machine on 13th March. They took €722 from my account immediately but never delivered the machine.
I told them to cancel the order and refund the money.
On 2nd May they cancelled the order but never refunded the money. It is now 25th May.
I have emailed them multiple times and they just ignore me.

Good Service

We received the furniture; it was well packaged and the instructions are easy to follow. The WhatsApp contact replies within 12 to 24 hours. The furniture is good in terms of price-quality ratio. The delivery was quite fast — about 15 days, including weekends. The only issue was that the item showed as delivered even though we hadn’t actually received it yet. However, when we asked about it, they responded quickly. That part could be improved. Other than that, very good service.

worst quality furniture and no customer service

I was expecting a different kind of furniture. The quality is very scarse, very thin material, practically made of cardboard. The bar for the hangers is a wooden stick covered with a metal looking adhesive all around it. Plus not easy to assemble, you need proper tools and 2 persons to di it properly. AND it arrived dammaged (normal given the poor quality). The customer service didn't reply to my email. Would not recommend the company nor their products.
I tried to make an evaluation on their website but it is not working, I wonder why!

Damaged bed base and no refund - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I placed an order for a bed base on 21 February. It arrived by courier on 06 March but had been badly damaged in transit so I did not accept the order. I contacted Befara immediately, with photographic evidence of the damage and they said they could not replace it for at least a month as they had no stock. As the bed base was needed urgently for our rental property, I was unable to wait for this amount of time, I asked for a refund. Befara agreed to refund but despite numerous emails and Whatsapp messages, some of which remain unanswered, I have to date, not received the refund.

Absolute scamsters. Stay away

Ordered a cupboard on 21.07.2024. Received it on 29.07.2024 with fully damaged and partially missing parts on arrival. Contacted their customer service immediately. Asked for tons of photos and sent them the same day. Promised to send replacement of damaged and missing parts. Its been a month and I did not receive any thing from them, and they stopped answering the emails. My money is lost, and I am with 3 large packets occupying space in my home, unable to throw them and buy another one. Absolute scam company. Stay away from them!

DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE

The customer support DOES NOT EXIST their phone number isn’t real and they’ll ignore you once you try to contact them via whatsapp!!!
They deserve one star for delivering at least something tho… terrible experience.

The delivery

The delivery, which was paid for, was late by over a month. After a month waiting I new I was unavailable for couple of days and I have emailed befara that I won't be in, they have acknowledged and asked when I am back. And after all that the desk arrived when I was not there!!!it was very inconvenient. The desk is OK, but delivery and service horrible

Good comunication

They answered fast for my questions (I asked twice for measurments). Parcels arrived on time, numerated. 2 chest of drawers and 2 desks. Easy assembling.

Great experience 😁

We were super shocked when we saw all the pieces of our new bunk bed, but after taking a few days to put it all together, I have to say it was totally worth it! It's strong, it's big and it's great! Only one piece didn't fit. Next time though, I might pay extra to get someone else to build it 🤣 lol. We received it very quick! The service itself was great!
