Damaged bed base and no refund - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I placed an order for a bed base on 21 February. It arrived by courier on 06 March but had been badly damaged in transit so I did not accept the order. I contacted Befara immediately, with photographic evidence of the damage and they said they could not replace it for at least a month as they had no stock. As the bed base was needed urgently for our rental property, I was unable to wait for this amount of time, I asked for a refund. Befara agreed to refund but despite numerous emails and Whatsapp messages, some of which remain unanswered, I have to date, not received the refund.
