Amy Jones

Well as ever with these dialogues Amy did her best to persuade me to stay signed up with Beer52, and she did so without overstepping any marks, remained polite and professional throughout, and had the lovely lilting Welshness, what was not to love.

❌ Shocking service – Avoid this company!

I am incredibly disappointed with Beer52. As a brand-new customer, this is about the worst first impression a company could possibly make.

I placed my order over a week ago, and since then, it’s been complete radio silence. I have received absolutely no delivery updates, tracking information, or status reports regarding my order.

Worse still, their customer service is non-existent. I have sent multiple emails trying to find out what is going on, and they are completely ignoring me. Because they refuse to respond or give me any updates on the product I paid for, I am now forced to contact my bank to initiate a chargeback and get my money back.

Terrible communication, zero reliability, and an awful start for a new customer. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Hi Sienna. Thank you for your review. We are sorry that there has been a delay in your delivery. I can see that you sent us an email 2 days ago, and our agent replied the very next day. Your email has not been ignored. We have resolved your inquiry with a refund for the express delivery and your.

I can assure you that we have followed this up with the courier. If it is likely to free itself from delays in the next 48 hours. We might be best letting it make its way to you without replacing it as to do so is to start the delivery process all over again. If your parcel has not arrived over the weekend, we will send a replacement.

Very happy customer

I'm sad to be cancelling my monthly subscription but I have been diagnosed with liver problems so I am off alcohol completely. Thanks for your excellent selection of wines every month. All the very best. Very happy customer 😀

Easy to join and a nightmare to cancel

A good selection of beers in my trial pack, which was easy to join and order. Trying to cancel is worse than Amazon. Click through several screens only to be told the only way to cancel is via phone. This is unacceptable especially when anxiety issues make calls difficult. Totally unacceptable

Hard to cancel

Lovely staff on the end of the phone

Lovely staff on the end of the phone, not pressuring you to buy buy buy.
Will definitely keep the coffee going as they are delicious and different tasting to the usual stuff from the shop.
Really nice experience dealing with this lovely Scottish business I think they will do very well and my partner will be keen to try the wine club 5stars from me
