Great customer service

Great customer service - I had to cancel the subscription some time ago but enjoyed the variety the beers offered so was pleased to have been reached out to for a new offer.

Cameron was a pleasure to speak to and really helpful in getting things sorted for me quickly - looking forward to the Mexico batch :)

Brilliant phone support from Santino

I recently called Beer 52 with a query about my account, and I was helped by Santino — and I have to say, he was absolutely fantastic.

Right from the start, he was really polite, friendly, and listened carefully to what I needed. He explained everything clearly, took the time to sort out my questions properly, and made the whole process feel so easy and stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble, and he stayed helpful right until we’d finished.

It’s rare to get such good service over the phone these days — Santino is a real credit to the team. He made me feel valued as a customer, and I left the call feeling everything was sorted perfectly.

Highly recommend Beer 52, and a special thank you to Santino for his great help!

Ok prices coffee

Ok prices coffee, reflected in the quality.

Cant email or cancel via the app. Have to phone a number which only operates 9-5 Monday To Friday , was on hold for nearly an hour , unacceptable really . Would not use again

Rang to cancel

Rang to cancel. They offered a free box of 16 as I had some loyalty bonuses, just need to remember to cancel after its delivered. Paul on the phone was very nice, not pushy at all.

great help today from shaun with my queries, I had some doubts regarding my subscriptions, all was helped with, no added pressure was involved which I've felt before when wanting some advice/or help with any confusions involved with similar subscriptions, help with delivery costs was also very welcome :)
