Will definitely keep the coffee going as they are delicious and different tasting to the usual stuff from the shop.

Great coffee and a great service. A little difficult to cancel the subscription and I can see why the company have chosen to not give a online way of cancelling, when hey have specialists who are trained on retention and objection handling. Zayneb did a very good job trying to convince me not to cancel. However I cancelled.

Really great service and good products, but was amassing wine quicker than it was being used so had to cancel. I had Simeon's help to cancel the subscription who was very helpful - great service all round!

Lewis was fantastic!
I was cancelling (sad) the membership and entered the call pretty disgruntled due to the wait but Lewis immediately put a smile on my face with his personable approach - you've got a good guy in Lewis.
Beers are fantastic and delivery service is spot on. The online portal is very good for enquiries but it should have an option to cancel your subscription through the portal and not force you to ring and be on hold for ages.
