Mikhaila was extremely professional…

Mikhaila was extremely professional during our contact. She has a warm presence and is very easy to talk to. Extremely friendly and funny throughout our contact.
She listened to everything I had to say and provided a number of worthy fare alternatives but left the final decision up to me. An excellent employee.

Great product and service

Great product and service. Unfortunately, I just can't afford the ongoing costs at the moment. Simeon Browne was incredibly helpful in cancelling my subscription and was friendly and understanding throughout the call. I'll definitely be back when my finances improve.

Lewis was extremely helpful on my call…

Lewis was extremely helpful on my call today. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very kind and pleasant to chat to. I had to cancel my subscription due to medical reasons which he done so with care and compassion. I would highly recommend this company. I did not feel bombarded or pressured in any sort of way which you do with other companies. Thank you Lewis

Jordan Thomson was great

Jordan Thomson was great, I wanted to cancel my subscription and he wasn’t overly pushy on trying to keep me on board. Money is tight at the moment and he simply mentioned that I was due a deal on my next crate. Alas I had to cancel anyway but great company and customer service. Will definitely buy again.

Friendly service

Obviously a pain not be able to cancel online but I understand they want to try and retain customers. The customer service I experienced was good and understanding. They didn't make me feel uncomfortable, just tried to sell me some good deals!
