absolutely appalling

For the charges involved, you would expect first-class service. Items are missing, completely misleading and not at all trustworthy. Absolutely appalling

Shocking

Shocking! Placed an order with an expected delivery time of 30 mins. After 2 hours a driver had still not been allocated. You are 'encouraged' to leave a tip for drivers (which we did) to make your delivery more attractive for them to accept! Never again.

To fulfil your orders, we use self-employed drivers, who choose whether to accept orders that they receive invitations for. Unfortunately, sometimes we don’t have a driver available, but we are recruiting more drivers all the time to prevent this from happening in future.

Delivery so Late. Not happy!

Really not happy with the service provided. Second time I’ve ordered, had a £7.50 voucher and wanted to use it up. Ordered at 8:30pm and still waiting for 3 items at 11pm at night. Why does it take so long. The only thing it can be good for is if you want alcohol after shops have closed, even that takes time! I will never used them again. Even offered a tip £1 extra as I thought they may accept my order faster. Joke. This company needs to sort out its delivery times. 😠

The worst and biggest con out there!
I looked into a KFC or Domino's delivery and the choices you are vagueness personified! You can't select specific items, you can't omit certain items. A joke, fact!!!

First order , guy took a while to get to the place but he was moving in the direction, arrived within the establishment time. Can’t fault him , he was sound , super happy , had a bit of a laugh, a god vibe ! can’t find his driver name ……. And then ……. Next order ….. My delivery time was a 30min time slot , I sat watching the driver on the tracker , they were 15mins away from my house , they sat there in the same spot for an hour , once I completed on the “chat” I was informed that because he has accepted the job I cannot get a refund , so I had no choices but to sit and wait , every time it got ten mins to the delivery arrival time , it moved ten min later again and again , the driver still sat in the same place , they said they had tried to contact him , he called me saying he was on his way and the tracker started moving . ,delivery time from order went from 30mins to 1hr and 30mins ……… Booooooooo!

SOME OF YOUR DRIVERS ARE EXCELLENT BUT SOME ARE NOT. I WOULD LIKE GREATER CHOICE IN THINGS LIKE MEAT. ALSO EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME IS SOMETIMES WAY OFF THE MARK. I BELIEVE THAT SOME DRIVERS ARE COLLECTING MULTIPLE ORDERS FROM DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS AND DIFFERENT FIRMS. I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU CAN STOP THIS....

We do not take any payment for an order until it has been delivered.
Your bank holds the amount for any order you place in a "pending" state. This is to ensure there are enough funds in your account when we come to deliver.
If any items are not delivered, you are only charged for what was delivered, so even if you see a pending transaction for the full amount, only the new total will be taken.

Items are always correct and the delivery is always on time with regular drivers that are always chatty and polite.
Unfortunately the prices are very expensive but due to my arm being broken it’s helpful for delivery service

Covering a basic need without a fuss and keeping customers updated and offering options.
Excellent for times of illness.

I had to use whoosh, tescos once, it was overpriced and my order was incorrect, just awful.
