Worst groceries delivery experience…

Worst groceries delivery experience ever. I was supposed to be delivered at 10am and my order arrived at 6pm... Ruined my day.

Avoid at all costs I ordered last week…

Avoid at all costs I ordered last week delivery was expected between 19:15 and 19:50 after numerous attempts to contact customer services who said there was an issue with the driver and they would get back to me with a new estimated time they didn’t. I actually got my delivery at 21:30 absolutely extortionate price for delivery for such poor service.

Shocking

Shocking! Placed an order with an expected delivery time of 30 mins. After 2 hours a driver had still not been allocated. You are 'encouraged' to leave a tip for drivers (which we did) to make your delivery more attractive for them to accept! Never again.

Delivery so Late. Not happy!

Really not happy with the service provided. Second time I’ve ordered, had a £7.50 voucher and wanted to use it up. Ordered at 8:30pm and still waiting for 3 items at 11pm at night. Why does it take so long. The only thing it can be good for is if you want alcohol after shops have closed, even that takes time! I will never used them again. Even offered a tip £1 extra as I thought they may accept my order faster. Joke. This company needs to sort out its delivery times. 😠

I looked into a KFC or Domino's delivery and the choices you are vagueness personified! You can't select specific items, you can't omit certain items. A joke, fact!!!
