Would not recommend

Would not recommend. I ordered previously twice before. I received the wrong Quran and when emailed no reply. Despite receiving no reply i still made another order and it has not been shipped, i emailed and emailed and emailed and received no response. Would not recommend.

Took some time coming through

Took some time coming through. Got notified by Royal mail the business hadn't paid the correct delivery fee's so I had to pay some more to receive the item. Ihram was good.

Sent me wrong item TWICE

Sent me wrong item TWICE, called and sent emails but no response in over 3 weeks! They have completely ignored this issue. I have no refund, lost money, and stuck with 2 items that are not what I even ordered.

A complete failed delivery!

A complete failed delivery!
No information since few days, no answer to sent mails.
Parcel being returned without any given reason, as I didn’t had any information about its location/tracking since 03.04.2026.
The Islamic Shop really disappointed me, It was first and last time I ordered from there. Unthinkable to have 0 visibility about an/a order/parcel.

Good quality ihram with correct length…

Good quality ihram with correct length as mentioned on the website.
Just wish that the shipping would be free but it isn't. Otherwise was good quality product. It would be ideal if they stock XXL ihram as well which are slightly linger than XL ihrams.

My order hasn't arrived yet

My order hasn't arrived yet, but I received a call on December 25th from the store checking if I still wanted it since it was sent back undelivered. They confirmed my address and promised to resend it. I'm optimistic it will come soon, even with the bank holiday causing delays. While the experience has been a bit frustrating so far, I'm hopeful for a positive resolution.

Smells nice and looks fantastic

As already stated the product was good (a bit less items for price).However when the product arrive the package was damaged and wet or the product leaked as I could smell the product.Thirdly I asked it to be wrapped but it never happened but that's fine
