We didn't receive any communication from you or the driver to say that there was an issue at the time and if we had we would have looked into this for you and come to a resolution. Charged £29.98 for 1 pkt of incorrect cigarettes & the 1st time voucher didn't work. I thought I would get 2 packets for that price. Offered £5 refund! Won't be using again!!
