even though I ordered late on a Friday …
even though I ordered late on a Friday night I would have liked a confirmation email of my purchase without having to check myself if the order had been received. I was not happy with the delivery company who informed me on tues 5th December that delivery would be between 12.06 and 14.06 that day. having stayed in it did not come . I queried it with them at 4pm and was advised a 2nd attempt would be made on Wednesday when it was delivered in the stated time slot, but the driver said it was not even in the depot on Tuesday so he had not tried to deliver it that day.

Recieved faulty item. Contacted via telephone first and was advised to email. I emailed and supplied pictures and still no response. In the meantime I am left with a faulty item!
