The item sent to me had already been opened and had paper and tape stuck over the opening. When I returned the item they stated that I had used it and only gave a 50%refund however that was absolutely incorrect. As stated the item had clearly been opened and possibly used before it was sent to me therefore I suggest they check items are in new condition before they are posted to customers. Absolutely would not recommend and absolutely would not use again! Dreadful organisation!! Do not use!!!! Zero stars

They never answer the phone for a question that I have, delivery was very good and speedy, the bed is £50 more than on ebay, that's what my question was

I’ve been trying to contact this company for the last month, no one gets back to you I’m so pleased I didn’t place my order online and pay it probably never would have turned up. I appreciated were all busy but I’ve emailed a number and times and called... absolute joke, I’ll take my money elsewhere

I purchased two beauty beds from beauty 4 less and when they had arrived the piston that makes the bed adjustable was Brocken, so I got in contact with the supplier for a replacement part which a week later I have still had no attempt of communication to rectify the problem this is so disappointing as it was got for a new salon opening which has put me back time wise to try find a part myself, completely gutted.

Still i.didnt get my items! No contact with seller! I will go to The police

Two chairs ordered. One did not work properly and then the other when opened had already been used with black dirty hand prints all over it. The customer service seems to be working ok to return and we will see how long it takes to get a refund !

Was looking for 2 bar stools for our new kitchen and came across Beauty4less. After comparing other sites including amazon we decided to buy from Beauty4less because the stools looked such good quality and the price was comparable. We haven't been disappointed and with super fast delivery we would definitely recommend this company.

shockingly bad service, bad quality and overall bad experience!
My delivery got messed up a total of 4 different times! Two of them the driver never showed, one my order was incomplete and one the item was completely the wrong one! Wasted time and money, had to push my opening!
Then comes the quality! In exactly 1 month one of the chairs broke! Give it 2 weeks and all 3 that I ordered broke! Communication is a nightmare! Phone never gets answered! Ever!
All 3 chairs got replaced only for another 1 to be broken again after less than a month! I know the others will follow suit! Asking for a refund and being told only one chair will be refunded!
A refund I have to again chase up! Willing to go to the highest of courts but I’m not letting this go! Absolute joke! DO NOT BOTHER!

Wow , seriously impressed with the service .
Was a bit hesitant as never heard of this company and questioned why it was so cheep ?
Regardless I ordered on the Monday and my back wash unit was delivered 1pm the next day
