Garbage.....

Considering they are an online store, the biggest in EDM, you would think as the website is the only way to market for them it would be exceptional. It certainly is that but exceptionally sh1t - terrible from to back, the search facility is like something we had on a ZX Spectrum in the 80's - the site is garbage.

website is absolutely dogshit

website is absolutely dogshit, and that already for a few years (bugs, lags, glitches,..), they dont give f¨*ck... You cant redownload tracks... super expensive.. you pay extra for WAV.. PLSSS buy your music on Bandcamp they care about the customer, the artists and the music industry

Their site has been terrible for years…

Their site has been terrible for years now. Takes forever to play track samples and crashes often. I've tried using Safari, Chrome, and Edge but each one has the same result. Take your money elsewhere, Beatport obviously doesn't care about their customers given how dated and useless their website is and has been for a long time.

Last time using this platform.

have over 58 pages of purchases over the years with these scam artists. never again. have just tried to purchase tracks the payment has gone through and the tracks are still sitting in the cart. clicked purchase again and was charged again, tracks are still in the cart. need the tracks for an event i'm playing at tonight. support? no. 48 hrs it says.

beatport needs to do better.

beatport is ok been using them for 8 years now, but theyre terrible at sorting music by the genre. they make changes a lot. its a awful mess. i go thur a list of tunes that dont belong in such in such genre/subgenres. website lags, cant redownload music you have bought in the past. and support does not reply to feedback.

The support agents put zero vigor into their work

The agent did NOT read my email and assist accordingly

The agent (Mariana) did NOT solve my problem

The agent has NOT responded to my last email to understand the problem and act accordingly

I made another purchase whist making sure the information was correct but I STILL get an incorrect receipt. Apart from that I asked for INVOICES and NOT RECEIPTS
WHY SHOULD I KEEP SUPPORTING YOU?

**Edit - for the first time in 41 years of being on this planet, I have encountered a company that refuses to provide invoices for purchases made. Inept much?
