beatport saved our chart!
So we submitted an artist chart ahead of a big release... Unfortunately our chart's thumbnail photo didn't upload with the chart. Of course we were under a little pressure, especially because we wanted to satisfy our quality label... Needless to say, beatport support came through and rectified the issue within 24 hours. Honestly, this really saved us in terms of our promo campaign. Thank you beatport!

I've used Beatport for 20 years now...
I just realised I've used Beatport for literally 20 years at this point, and I've never written a review, despite always being impressed by the service. I can't speak to the current subscription side of it, because I've never used it, but whether you just buy individual albums & tracks or you use their subscription, it's soooo easy to dig for gems for literally hours at a time, because all you need to do is click on the artist, remixer, or label and be presented with another rabbit hole to go down. I'm always a bit perplexed by the charts, but I presume that's just because I have different taste to the people buying the most popular tracks (unless labels/artists can buy their way onto the chart, which would suck...).
Anyway, Beatport is great, and has a huge catalogue of music, and the few times I've ever had to use their customer service, they've responded quickly and been really helpful. Shout out to Roberta for sorting out a billing issue I recently had, which actually prompted me to write this review :P

I am a long term user of Beatport. Since 2007 . I find it to be an unbelievable music store which brings crate digging & discovery to new levels for DJ’s . The staff are more than helpful when you have an issue with a download , an upload or with your general account . It’s the only music site I use and have used for years now .
