Made a mistake not cancelling my subscription, sent an email off, within 2 days it was sorted. Cory was quick and efficient, good service and I still think Beatport as a service is great anyway.

As always, great support from the Beatport team. I always receive a reply really fast, at least within 24 hours. Great support and nice people to work with.

I am absolutely impressed with the Beatport support team. They responded immediately and understood my problem completely, even though it was actually my own mistake. The support was extremely tolerant and helpful, showed me the correct way to proceed, and even refunded my money. Communication was fast, professional, and clear – several exchanges within just one day. I am truly very, very satisfied with the support I received.

So we submitted an artist chart ahead of a big release... Unfortunately our chart's thumbnail photo didn't upload with the chart. Of course we were under a little pressure, especially because we wanted to satisfy our quality label... Needless to say, beatport support came through and rectified the issue within 24 hours. Honestly, this really saved us in terms of our promo campaign. Thank you beatport!

I had a query in regards to a purchase. I contacted the customer support and they sorted it out straight away. They were very helpful and polite. The store itself is great for a massive collection of dance music. A lot of rare ones I had trouble finding elsewhere.

They are always supportive and fixing almost any kind of problems very fast.

Had an issue where I downloaded the wrong album and they were quick to reimburse my account which I thought was really cool as it was my fault not paying enough attention to what I was doing. Lesson learned and money back. Much appreciated.

Support was prompt, friendly, and super helpful, exactly what you'd hope for. Add in Beatport’s comprehensive, lossless-ready music library, genre-focused search tools, and deep roots in DJ culture, and it's easy to see why it's the go-to platform for electronic music professionals.

I just realised I've used Beatport for literally 20 years at this point, and I've never written a review, despite always being impressed by the service. I can't speak to the current subscription side of it, because I've never used it, but whether you just buy individual albums & tracks or you use their subscription, it's soooo easy to dig for gems for literally hours at a time, because all you need to do is click on the artist, remixer, or label and be presented with another rabbit hole to go down. I'm always a bit perplexed by the charts, but I presume that's just because I have different taste to the people buying the most popular tracks (unless labels/artists can buy their way onto the chart, which would suck...).

Anyway, Beatport is great, and has a huge catalogue of music, and the few times I've ever had to use their customer service, they've responded quickly and been really helpful. Shout out to Roberta for sorting out a billing issue I recently had, which actually prompted me to write this review :P

I wanted to recover my account and all the music I bought some years ago and the people really helped me very friendly and quickly. Now I am happy to have again access and explore new, well sorted and nicely presented music.

I am a long term user of Beatport. Since 2007 . I find it to be an unbelievable music store which brings crate digging & discovery to new levels for DJ’s . The staff are more than helpful when you have an issue with a download , an upload or with your general account . It’s the only music site I use and have used for years now .

Needed assistance with an account issue and it was resolved really quickly by Santi who kept me up to date with progress etc. thanks.

Good catalogue, great support service but... the website is horrible ! no ergonomic improvements in the 14 years I have been a customer, it's slow, heavy, searching something is painful.

I had an issue with billing after my free trial. I emailed customer support and they were kind, quick and helpful in resolving.

Honestly one of the most rapid troubleshooters ever experienced among other similar olatforms. Great work!
