The best opticians in the business…

Sangeta is professional and very knowledgeable. It is a fun and all aspects of the tests are fully explained. Great advice. Then onto Kristina, who always helps me choose funky frames, full of advice and knowledge and an expert at choosing just what I will love. An exceptional service from an exceptional staff, always fun to visit. Don't 'go to Specsa....' go to Bayfields for personal, knowledgeable expertise. The staff spend time explaining everything and actually care that you go away happy. Thank you for being the best 👌 😊 Jackie

Poor customer information about closure

Monday 7th July, drove into Fleet Hampshire for a possible adjustment to my damaged glasses after a fall.
Web site said open at 9am, trying to ring first but only an answer phone, found the shop SHUT for training ? Nothing on the web page, nothing on the answer phone. Very frustrating !

Very kind and helpful service

The full and very thorough eye test and health check. All the staff are very friendly and polite and I received my new glasses very promptly. Special thanks to the consultant for helping me choose a frame, as this is always a problem for me.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff and excellent service

Very kind and helpful service. I needed a new pair of glasses and was shown several pairs, taking into consideration my budget. All the staff are very friendly and polite and I received my new glasses very promptly. I have been attending Bayfield Opticians for 20 years now and wouldn't think of going anywhere else- would recommend without any reservations.

My greeting is always top class form…

My greeting is always top class form all the staff and care with fitting excellent.
My last glasses had a yellow tinge to the lenses which I hated so they were changed to clear.
This time I insisted I did NOT want the yellowness in my new lenses. I must have told Bayfields at least five or six times that I wanted clear lenses without the yellow. I even telephoned the day after the examination to say that I would stick to my existing glasses and clear lenses rather than have new glasses with any colour at all in the lenses.
What have I got--- new glasses for over £950 with yellow tinged lenses. Very, very disppointing as I will be using my old glasses instead of the new glasses with the new corrections.
