Their communication was good, and even though Banyo had to order and receive the item from the manufacturer before they could ship it to me, it was delivered to me within a week without delay. They checked the stock with the manufacturer before placing the order so they could re assure me that the item would be received on time.

The customer service was excellent, I was going away a couple of times and needed to time the delivery of the sink for when I was home. Banyo were amazingly helpful, they waited to place the order for me so it would arrive when I was home and also chased the supplier and delivery team for a time slot

I wanted a Bette bath and Banyo made it really easy to order from their website. It has a tick system so you can choose where you want the plugs/waste/filler etc. All so easy. I was vey impressed with the service. I ordered online, they confirmed everything the next day and delivery was 4/5 days later. All very professional and would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely amazing service. We ordered the wrong size bath by accident. Yasser went above and beyond to ensure we got the right size in time, even sending a van across the country so we could be in time for the builders! Couldn't recommend them enough. Lovely people to deal with!
