Auto correct tragedy that wasn't
I ordered on line and the auto correct changed the address I intended to send the cake to. I didn't find the error until later. I called the customer service # and they were very reassuring and corrected the issue immediately! The cake arrived in the morning of the day promised and the company even sent emails along the way so I knew the exact time it was delivered.

A bad experience
We ordered a birthday cake for our daughter 2 days before the date and have chosen the delivery between 8am and 12noon - for the birthday lunch. It didn’t arrive and at 3 pm ups is informing the delivery will be done until 9pm - after the birthday party. Cake has been delivered at 6pm.

Not worth the money!!
Didn't realize it was so small, I would of paid for a full-size cake not a mini. Decoration around the edge was detached from the top and smeared the cake. The card was ruined by a defect in printing. Terrible for $100, NOT HAPPY!!

My dad has cancer
My dad has cancer, Bake Me a Wish said it was fraud, and cancelled his cake right before his birthday. I live in Seattle, he is in Michigan. You really see who a company is, in times like these. Way to make his last birthday feel special. It was a German Black Forest Cake (Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte) just like his mom used to bake him as a child. Delicious Cake, But Too Small and Delivery Cost Astronomical
The German Chocolate cake is really delicious. Great quality. However, the delivery charges are exorbitant, and there are rarely coupons for free delivery. Additionally, the cake appears smaller than my last order, and for the price, it is literally not as big as a hand. Although the cake is delicious, I think I will have to consider looking into local bakeries because of the cost of delivery and the minuscule size of the cake.
